Very unprofessional. I ordered 7 stuffed Jalapeños plus a #3 Combo via Drive Thru Thursday night 12/15/23 at around 10:15pm. When I got my food I checked my items and seen I was given one single lonely Buttermik Ranc (BR). Ist 2 is norm when you buy Jalapeño poppers? Anyways I asked for 3 extra BRs. Girl at window said she will only give me one more. I said 3 again cause I use the BR on the other food too. I said I will pay for the ranches if I have to. She still refused even after I offered to buy them. She adamantly gave me only ONE extra ranch. I couldn't believe it, I was shooked, I was flabbergasted. I left in disgust and currently eating the rest of my Jalapeño poppers without ranch anymore. I paid nearly $20 for my good. I should have the right to enjoy it with the BR I need.

Best Jack I’ve been too such good and sweet employees I had a large order through the drive thru and everything was correct we had enough sauces and napkins. I’ve been to other jacks where i was only given 1 sauce and had to pay for extras. Definitely recommend this Jack !

Neighborhood is rough, especially at night. Not the friendliest service. Parking lot is dirty with people loitering and hanging around. I like Jack n the Box in general but this one needs a security officer. This really is no huge part of the staff by any means. However, a little more cordial on staffs part would help.Vegetarian options: They do have salads and egg rolls, potato wedges, french fries for vegetarian options.Kid-friendliness: Personally, I do not think this is a safe location for children. Barely safe for adults.
