Simply rude employees in the drive thru! Not sure what needs to be done or if anyone in there actually cares about our satisfaction as customers. Nelda has always been so rude she is the short lady in the drive through. She is always rushing you, will basically hand you your food in an ugly way and is extremely very rude. I had to tell her âyou donât have to be so rudeâ while I was ordering my food. I was literally asking about the âtiny loaded tacosâ. Sorry itâs not my fault you hate your job! Seriously I feel at this point something needs to be done with this place .. so many things have been said in these reviews and nothing gets done.

Very bad service. Used drive thru. My order was incomplete, I always check before I leave, and they get upset at me for politely telling them my order wasn't complete. Guy with glasses says everything WAS there and closes the drive thru window on my face and gives me the back telling I don't know what to the rest. Very very bad customer service every time I come to this location. Wont be coming here again.

The worst customer service I have ever received from a ignorant person named "Carlos" working graveyard shift. I work and expect normal service but he was rude and it took them 39 min to complete my order . When I pulled up he said you know there's z micro phone. He then made me wait in front for my paid order. 39 min later I'm still waiting and he was so dam rude I would just leave but I already paid for my order.

10/12/24 passed through drive-thru and Fernando assist me on taking my order and handing it. He had a horrible attitude and are very rude, they had a smart-aleck remarks when placing my order and rush you to finish ordering. He missed half of my order and at the window he was so rude. I asked to speak to a supervisor and said there was any available. Horrible customer service!
Friday, October 11, 2024, a lady and man were working. I witnessed unusually long wait time for online order pickups. When customers honked to get the workers attention, the male threw condiments at the customers vehicle. Worker was tall, Hispanic-looking. The lady seemed nice and hard working but not the male.

The female employees that take orders for the drive thru at night usually have a horrible attitude and are very rude, they have smart-aleck remarks when placing your order and rush you to finish ordering. These past few months they have not been taking orders after 9pm and say âthey are only accepting online orders at the moment bc they are short staffed/ or none at allâ but yet I have seen cars ahead of me when going around at the window and see everyone chit chatting inside and goofing around throwing items at eachother. Their shake machines ânever workâ. When asking if I can get fresh tacos they say they can only use the microwave now since they no longer fry the tacos anymoreâŠ.curly fries are always dry and look like they have been sitting there all day. I have been coming to this Jack since elementary (Iâm 33 now) when they had the sesame buns and ever since the repairs have been made this place has gone down hill, service is horrible horrible horrible. Never coming here again. Just ghetto as can be and very sloppy management. This place needs to be shut down and turned into something else that appreciates their customers helping them make a living. If you donât like your job go somewhere else donât take it out on the rest of the world. So sad.

Served me the bottom of the barrell curly fries with fries, diddnt even give me my change and the jumbo jack came completely unorganized. I would have went in to complain but was late for work. Very horrible experience

I visited the 2105 w seminary location Sunday around 6:30pm. Customer service was excellent!! When I arrived home, my food was still hot and fresh. Onion rings even still had the crunch when I bit into it. All the staff, especially the cook, deserves to be recognized. This was the best Iâve had. Kudos to the staff who worked this night. All I was hearing was âmmm mmmâ from me and my family while eating. Thanks so much. Oh and they were quick, no backed up lines. ??????
