All (and I mean ALL) the tables were dirty. Plus, all 3 employees were standing behind the counter just chillaxin'. Now this is a very small restaurant They were out of several things and the tea wasn't good either. And good iced tea is very telling for an eatery, in my opinion. Usually, if the tea is good then the food will be also. And knowing Texas is very Southern, and how we love our iced tea is certainly no secret--you'd think they would KNOW that. But I figure they just don't care.
In addition, service was bad and my friends and I will never go there again. Honestly, it's probably a good 1 1/2 to 2 years since I've even been to a JITB, and now I don't even want to go to one ever again. I don't exaggerate, it really was that bad.

Well U-All this place is just like all others fast food places the cook prepare the food at their place just one way without looking at the monitor without looking at how they want customer food to come to them and how they requested their food to be and sure enough I did not get what I had ordered. My order I didn't want no cheese on any of my food and lo and behold what they do they put cheese on three of the things that didn't even come with cheating in the first place for example I got a mini jumbo Jack it came with cheese I got a regular jumbo Jack which I didn't even order come with cheese and then I got tacos mini tacos loaded and I didn't even order that. You person that I spoke to when I went back to the place said they were sorry but they gave me the wrong order like I told them it didn't seem to be the wrong order cuz I did order a mini gumbo Jack I did order a mini classic tacos and I did order a regular jumbo guy but not with cheese on them I can't stand cheese it makes me highly sick can't stand to taste of it I'm sorry but that's just me I don't tell everybody else that they should hate it or they shouldn't like it but when I tell them three times when I order it that I don't want cheese on anything for example I ordered three breakfast jacks they come with cheese but I canceled the cheese on it and I didn't get cheese on them so tell me what the problem was.
Vegetarian options: There isn't vegetarian menu at this place.
Dietary restrictions: There isn't any dietary restrictions because even if you wanted a certain way you've made with certain things not on them they can't or they don't care they just fix it that one way.
Kid-friendliness: There isn't anything wrong with the kids
Jack in the box food is amazing Mexican women I'm drive thru are always nonchalant and blank they are fast in drive thru because everyone has to pull forward without notice after payment and it takes another 7 to 10 mins for food which is not fast food more like delayed food, drinks are always nasty and then you have to go back through drive through to exchange it the girl took my drink dumped it out and used the same cup to dip in the ice to make another drink after I came back around to exchange it. I was completely lost. Over all food is hot never ready it's never a smiling face just ppl at work never a thanks and come again it's always drive around someone will bring your food out

I'm so upset!! After leaving this location the young man who took my order was so rude taking my order and was even more rude whenever i tried correct him at the window as over charged me and got my order wrong instead of helping fix my order rolled his eyes ignored me slammed the window so I asked for a refund and now have to wait for to get my money back!! Whenever all they had to do was fix the issue politely the line was long and it seems they got the two people front of me orders wrong as well a lot of my friends and family members always have issues with their orders at this location as well , it's sad that they don't have properly trained staff that don't treat the customers with respect and properly fix a order I don't recommend this place go somewhere else unless you want attitude and issues with your order
