A great attitude. Just ordered from driving from another jack in the box (on 820), their line is ridiculous, so decided to come here, RIGHT CHOICE. Alisa, the manager I found out, was not only polite, she was on point , with just knowing that when they didn’t have what I ordered, kindly reminded me. Also, she’s at the window too!! Hard working woman, that really treats her customers well! Great job Alisa!!!

I went through drive through and ordered something and the said they didn’t have it then I got something else and when I was asked for what drink I’d like to receive I said coke, they did not have it. I said lemonade, they also did not have it. All throughout this the lady would say can you speak up while I could barely hear her. Overall the food that l received was good

I placed an order which included churros and other items, only to discover once I got home that the churros were missing. I returned to the restaurant to speak with the staff member who took my order — and frankly, I don’t know if he was fully present or under the influence of something. Instead of resolving the issue, they gave me more mini tacos and fries, which I did not ask for.

I requested either a refund or the correct item, and they still got it wrong. The service was completely unprofessional, with serious attitude issues across the board.

On top of the poor service, the overall environment was unsettling. While waiting for my food, I was approached by individuals clearly under the influence asking for money — it felt unsafe and chaotic. The order screen was broken, so I wasn’t even shown a total, and I was told to pull forward and wait another 15-20 minutes — all for a messed-up order.

This is unacceptable on every level: customer service, order accuracy, and public safety.

Just ask for extra cup of water ur employee states only 1 free cup but I have more than one customer ordering food I understand this is a poor neighborhood I'm not from here he said next cup I will be charged, management remember I paying for my food not asking for anything free don't like the employee attitude they bad for business!!!

Great if you can find them open. However do to the lack of them knowing when they close and me wasting time getting there only to find them closed early I've had to make the decision to stop eating Jack period. When making complaints they have closing early as a default complaint and it's not just this location. Never see those teens that they claim causing problems. Also tired of going outside to use the bathroom. Also the drink fountain is always broken. So same as other places you can't drink.

First of all, they didn’t have croissants so I should’ve left then, I ordered 2 supreme croissants they were out of croissants so they gave regular buns. I’ve been going to Jack in the Box for years and have never been given scrambled eggs on my supreme croissant sandwic. Then they gave one piece of bacon which was cut in half, the bread wasn’t toasted just soggy. I wish I could upload my photo of my sandwich. Never again, I wouldn’t recommend and I don’t know how this restaurant is still open.

Arguably the worst Jack in the box you can go to I would stay away. Whenever you order something they never tell you what they don't have. For instance I ordered a shake and they didn't tell me they didn't have whipped cream or a Cherry. That's like me ordering a hamburger with no meat. Didn't know it until after I had already paid. That's the second time that's happened at this particular Jack in the box and I will not be back.

All (and I mean ALL) the tables were dirty.
Plus, all 3 employees were standing behind the counter just chillaxin'. Now this is a very small restaurant They were out of several things and the tea wasn't good either. And good iced tea is very telling for an eatery, in my opinion. Usually, if the tea is good then the food will be also. And knowing Texas is very Southern, and how we love our iced tea is certainly no secret--you'd think they would KNOW that. But I figure they just don't care.

In addition, service was bad and my friends and I will never go there again. Honestly, it's probably a good 1 1/2 to 2 years since I've even been to a JITB, and now I don't even want to go to one ever again.
I don't exaggerate, it really was that bad.
