How at 12:38 pm on March 17, I was in this location and the manager treated the cashier very badly, yelling at her and making a very uncomfortable work environment for the workers and us customers who were in the dining room, I hope you take my comment into account because the person is very despotic and rude, for the same reason I do not plan to return to eat in this place

Rude people SEVERAL TIMES my food was so nasty I couldn't eat it after waiting forever for it, no other drub Ve-thrus. Maybe 1 inside customers. When I tried call7ng to complain. The phone rang forever, then went dead. Waited about 1 hr, then it was immediately to voicemail. They were not so busy they couldn't answer. This isn't the first time it's happened. Poor service, long waitz, nasty looking peopke,b them get cold or just gross burger. Don't ask me what they do to them coz idk Did not taste like a simple hamburger. Oh and me up orders. Not going back, ever! 3 X's & ur 👍🧢⚾️

Spicy chicken sandwich is my favorite..never disappointed!
I ordered thru uber eats, so I have no opinion about the service or atmosphere, but I'm fairly certain the burger I got gave me food poisoning. Pretty upset especially since I paid like $25 just to get sick. Like, how does that seem fair💀💀

Had not eaten there in years. Sourdough Jack tastes fantastic when you have had a few adult beverages!
It's not often that I'll rate a fast food restaurant, but this experience left such a good feeling with me that I had to share. We stopped by after a long day at the zoo with a car full of kids who were all starving. I listed off all their wants and the total hot slot $42. I got to the window, and the manager has our drink ready and looks at the screen and realized that I had ordered kids' meals ×4 but as individual items, which was why my total was so high. She redid the order, and it brought it down to $29! I admit my error for sure as I was too tired to think, apparently! The food was all hot and perfectly cooked, but the service was what went above and beyond.

I stopped by Jack in the Box on Christmas Eve, and my experience was amazing! The young man taking my order over the machine was so friendly, patient, and welcoming. He didn’t rush me or show any attitude, which was refreshing.
When I got to the window, the young lady who handed me my food was just as sweet and pleasant. Both of them had such kind attitudes, which really turned my night around after bad experiences at other places.
I even tried to tip them through Cash App, but they declined and were still so gracious. I’m planning to go back with cash because they truly deserve it! Their kindness and professionalism made my night so much better.
Food was also good! Kinda cold by the time I got home but it didn’t matter because I was still on a high from the greetings!
