First time I've ever received my food and it was hot at this location. The one located on Seminary has horrible service and food always cold and not fresh.The only complaint at Hulen Jack n Boc was the window last was not very friendly

This jack in the box is very disgusting there was 3 roaches by the soda machine I seen the roaches so I asked for a refund the staff was very rude to me and would not refund my money back so I definitely will be calling corporate because how are you going to get mad at me because y'all have a roaches ‼️

I'm legitimately curious as to how yall are in business still. In n out has quality, whataburger has size, McDonald's is cheap, you are none of these. When I ordered my food what I got was a bag filled with disappointment. I will not be returning.

It's J in the B. . . Its not gonna be special. But I can always appreciate decent service. Especially during the holiday season when I know the employees may not want to be there, but kinda have to. They also threw in extra stuff. Not sure if that was a mistake, but thanks !

In a world where opening late seems to be an increasing trend, it was quite refreshing to find this JitB open right at the stroke of 6am.I go to work early, so places like this are an oasis in the desert.Alex was courteous, fast and efficient; clearly no stranger to muktitasking.Thank you!

I bought a meat lovers burrito that comes with a hash brown and a drink. The hash brown was soggy and full of grease. It was dripping out of the little sleeves that it was in I couldn’t even eat it, And the burrito was cold. I will never go back to this location again.

I hope a member of management or corporate sees this …terrible service I begged for no bacon due to religious reasons and bacon was put on my food anyway I return to the store at 11:15pm to try and rectify the issue to be told no manager on shift and no corporate number available so now I’m out of time and gas is this what customer service is Jack in the Box I will be trying everything in my power to reach a member of corporate to try and stress the Seriousness of food safety to this locationDietary restrictions: They don’t care for your religious dietary preferences
