Morning drive-thru workers rude
They took our payment at the window and then told us to back up behind the window, which made the person behind us think we were idiots. When we asked why she had us do that, she said “our timing”. Is this a joke? You don’t affect the client experience to work on your timing, you work on your timing to affect the client experience!

When you order your food please, double check what is placed in your bag or you will be in for a surprise. Never order your tacos fried well done they will be soggy and if you order the cheeseburger you will end up with a sausage croissant sandwich. Just unbelievable. They have to do better, they have pictures to tell them what goes in the bag and that still doesn't help. And of all things the girl in the drive-thru had major attitudinal, I suppose she hates her job like everyone else. Too young to start out like that.

Every night I come they say they can’t take order they only doing deliveries orders one night I came they said at 1am . I will be reaching out to corporate & the store Manger online it says open 24 hours
Food is not that good but ok, however they keep missed on my other, someday they just give me half of what I ordered and make me run over and over so....... Thanks for your service.

This Jack in The box Has an amazing employee Edgar! I’ve came for the Last two weeks he’s always at the window greeting me with a smile, Works hard, and multitasking. He always ask about my day. Such amazing customer service. And props as well to the other half of the team for making sure that my food is delivered freshly made. 10/10 coming back again!

Call me old fashion but people should be there to greet you. Your order is done by you on a computer, you don't get a choice. And the only contact you get with a person is getting your cups, the bathroom password, or picking up your food. Everything tasted fine and was made just the way we asked

Was in the mood for some Jack in the Box. I ordered the munchies box with the deluxe chicken sandwich which was pretty good. The chicken was nice and crispy, and the sauce wasn't too much. The curly fries were yummy and crispy as well and I like the seasoning. The taco was ok. I've had better, but I guess it's not that bad considering I also got a brownie and drink, all for $12. For the quality of food and for the price, I'd say it was a pretty good meal.
The only downside of the experience in ordering and getting my meal here was that it seemed like there were very few workers in the back considering the long line at the drive thru, that I had to go inside to order on the kiosk since there was no one at the register. Then the lady just left my food on the counter and walked away without giving me the cup for my drink, and it took awhile for me to get someone’s attention for it.

I was speaking clear, I asked for the mozzarella sticks, she said 4 or 12 I'm asking my grandson 4/12 then I asked for 2 fresh tacos! She was being rude I said are you having a good day? OR YOU! I said why the rudeness, YOU CAME IN BEING RUDE! Mind you I'm in the drive thru! Food wasn't fresh neither was the service horrible!

During my visit to this jack at 4:30 in the morning the person at the window was very rude telling us to back up so his other then that every thing was fine just the attitude that was displayed just because of his time was more important then kind service

No greeting at drive thru . I worked a lot of jack-in-the-box restaurants and not greeting and no talking with customers was a big deal because I could have been a secret shopper the guy at drive thru would have failed ! Need more training on communication with customers! Very bad service!

You have to give one star so you can post your complaint I have never been so disappointed in this location than I've been in the last year it started when they did construction shut it down and came back without all the flavor of drinks they used to have ownership has changed I usually know by who's on the speaker taking my order if I'm going to be dissatisfied. Today my son went and he gives my instructions on what, and how I eat, because if he ordered it wrong it's his responsibility to take it back but these people sold him a chicken sandwich that had to be already fried and re-warmed in the microwave it was horrible my food is always a special order especially when it's chicken because the chicken has to be thrown out if it's been sitting too long for health reasons then I call the establishment and they repeatedly hang up the phone. I went online tried to put my complaint in to only be stopped before I got finished I'm long winded and passionate about my food and $ if you don't have the menu items as for us to substitute have integrity about what you're selling if you want eat it why, fix it for someone else if you don't have enough employees show up take the orders pull us around and walk out and hand us the correct food ordered get this establishment back together
