You have to give one star so you can post your complaint I have never been so disappointed in this location than I've been in the last year it started when they did construction shut it down and came back without all the flavor of drinks they used to have ownership has changed I usually know by who's on the speaker taking my order if I'm going to be dissatisfied. Today my son went and he gives my instructions on what, and how I eat, because if he ordered it wrong it's his responsibility to take it back but these people sold him a chicken sandwich that had to be already fried and re-warmed in the microwave it was horrible my food is always a special order especially when it's chicken because the chicken has to be thrown out if it's been sitting too long for health reasons then I call the establishment and they repeatedly hang up the phone. I went online tried to put my complaint in to only be stopped before I got finished I'm long winded and passionate about my food and $ if you don't have the menu items as for us to substitute have integrity about what you're selling if you want eat it why, fix it for someone else if you don't have enough employees show up take the orders pull us around and walk out and hand us the correct food ordered get this establishment back together

They literally cannot get a single order out properly. Not only that but it takes over 30 MINUTES for them to do so. I place an order, wait 15 minutes and show up. I sit in the drive through for 20 minutes they tell me to pull to second window. I get to the windows THEY DONT EVEN HAVE MY FOOD READY. Tell me to pull to front. I sit there for 15 minutes I go inside. THEY STILL DO NOT HAVE MY FOOD READY. I just left and killed the order. Never again bro. If you’re hungry there’s literally 8 places across the street who are competent enough to run a fast food place

The morning crew cheats you on the drink sizes. Went and picked up the same order I made for my family the day before but at different times and the drink sizes were different. Definitely think this is the last time going to this Jack in the box. Wasn’t about to argue with the lady at the window about it because I definitely could have and would have gotten my money back for the whole order.

The last few times I have come to this location, they had me stop a whole car length from the window when there wasn't anyone in front of me so that they can falsify their drive thru time, and missed items i asked for! This time, I was parked after being in the drive thru 10 minutes with ONE person in front of me and who knows how long they had been waiting at the speaker before I got there. All I ordered was 10 orders of taco. By the time i made it to the window, they could have been ready since I waited all that time. I've already been parked another 5 minutes waiting for my food. I am so glad I don't work here anymore. It has really gone down the gutter. Corporate needs to intervene.

The people that work here would not even speak. The girl Stephanie just stood at the register looking at me til I told her what I wanted. Took the money and walked away without a word. I stood here for 5 minutes before even being acknowledged

Every single time I come to this location, they never get my order correct. OR the food is always cold and old. AND THEY NEVER GIVE A RECEIPT, YOU HAVE TO ASK FOR IT!! They should be tired of me bringing my old food back to get fresh items.Then when when I ask for a manager, they are NEVER there! Something's not right with location! I need to get at someone who cares about their customers because this location sure as hell doesn't! I usually don't leave reviews but I had to this time. 00000 stars for this location!

This is very disappointing. I came home after a long day and brought dinner to my family from Jack in the Box, only to find hair in our food. We didn't even get to enjoy the meal. I can't imagine how unhygienic that place is with no regulations or hair nets for employees. Fast food restaurants like that need to get shut down. I won't ever be returning to Jack in the Box.
