One of the best teams Ive encountered was the team working around 5 in the morning. Chipper, eager to serve, and ensuring the building was clean and the next shift was prepped for success. Perfectly fresh and crunchy fries, and a juicy, delicious burger. My only regret was not getting the name of the wonderful employee who served me. I will be returning, frequently.

Very longgggg wait timeeee on the drive thru , very rude customer service taking orders , strips chicken not cooked enough. If i can give them less than one star i would .
Went at 12:15am... just after midnight, drive threw told us they don't serve breakfast at that time...wtf?

I came to the drive thru at 1 AM and they told me they were only doing Uber Eats and Door Dash orders. EXPLAIN how you can make their burger, but not mine? Doesn't make any damn sense. What kind of techno-dystopia do we live in where you turn away customers because they're not ordering thru a mobile app?? It's stupid as hell. Get it together, Jack
The day shifts get a 10/10 for me. But I work nights and get off at 3am. And the last couple of time I've gone it's something wrong with their system or now it's they only accept online orders...... THEN UPDATE YOUR DAMN DRIVE THROUGH TIMES. Because I was craving tacos and curly fries and y'all basically said fu, thanks jerks.

I usually have two really sweet, professional girls that make the orders perfect and give excellent customer service buuuuut last night I pull up in the parking lot only to see 3 jack in the box employees out front smoking something? I don't bother to pay attention to the "ghettoness" that has become the norm in today's society. I go ahead and order even though I kinda know what to expect due to what I saw in the front. So we order and have to wait an extra 25 minutes for some sloppy chicken sandwiches, some dark dark brown soggy, cold fries. Bring my girls back , they were awesome . What you had that night was disgusting that was on 9/24/24 at around 10:30 pm or so. You will probably read this and not worry about it because let's face it, you work fast food because you clearly have no motivation, so I doubt you will fix the issue so I'll just go to the westherford one from now on , they have their stuff together.

My food was great and service was quick but I was over charged. Menu price says one thing and you are charging more. Example menu states #23 combo is $6.99 and was charged $7.39 please update your menu if you change pricing.

Look I get systems being down and all BUT I pulled up get told we are only accepting cash which is fine okay I'll go get cash, I come back not but 5 minutes later or so just to be told mobile orders only like wtf.. and and to top that mobile ordering my damn payment won't go through.. I went next door cause at least there I won't have to deal with this.. yet again I might add for a third time. I don't have great service here most days but it's easier to get to so I keep coming back. I may just go outta my way to go to a different location
