I visited this establishment to get coffee, which cost $1.08 and gave the clerk my debit card, when i checked my balance I was charged $16.21, when asked for credit I was told to report it to my bank.
I now don't think this was accidental. Didnt get receipt, always get receipt from this location.

Better quality than others in the area, right off the highway makes for interesting folks stopping in. Service is slower than usual here.

every time I go to Jack-in-the-Box, I order fries and curly fries. They forget my curly fries all the time they always mess up on my order like come on Jack-in-the-Box get it together.

If there was a half star I would've given that. First, the attitudes at this location are absolutely unnecessary, Second, we ordered two #2A's (Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburgers) with curly fries, two sprites, and 12 tacos. The curly fries were hard and cold, ended up throwing those away, received two jumbo jack cheeseburgers, which were horribly thrown together, shoved into the bag, and we only received 6 tacos that were stale and cold. We weren't charged for the 12 because even though the attendant repeated the order back to us, they still got it wrong. We make it a point not to come to this location if we can help it, but we had been at a late class and wanted something quick. Should have gone somewhere else....again. Definitely not going back to this location as this is not the first time they've had horrible attitudes and gotten the order wrong. Absolutely ridiculous and a waste of money.

very rude manager she screamed at the staff in front of us and we didn't even get the right order too my fries were missing . so disappointed. a staff name maribel was super helpful and kind
Worked here for a while and through my 1st trimester and it was the worst. Terrible management but fantastic workers. The store manager stresses the hell out of us and thinks she 'takes care' of us because of a check. Sometimes we couldnt do work properly because of how loud she screams at us (hint on why some of you get the wrong food order) it made us overwhelmed. I wish they do more action behind the management. She gets complaints nonstop by customers and nothing changes. Just more yelling and yapping.

my daughter worked here, worst manager ever. why is she treating kids like this? she’s having a smart mouth with someone’s else’s kids. so far my daughter told me her management is bad. she expects you to learn everything in one day but be giving little bit of hours alright ma’am
and still be hovering and watching what their doing while yelling at them and telling them their useless alright. I don’t know who ruins this but you need to look for another manager because I know there will be a day. where a kids mom will pull up and actually do something about it.

I'm so hot right now.... first off, I ordered 2 double smash jack meals and got 2 double jack burgers. I go in to tell them they gave me the wrong burgers, and he says, "I know, the smash patties are real frozen." So he knowingly gave me the wrong burgers without even asking if that was OK. Then I asked for a refund, and the cashier said, " I'm sorry, I can give you a refund until in the morning when the manager comes in." So now I have to wait 10 mins for the right burger because I can't get a refund. Very disappointed! 🤬

, I had went thru again the drive thru and because I didn’t get what I wanted, I didn’t think much of it till I told them they forgot my food. next thing the manager yelled at her workers. never again it was a mistake and just for her to yell at them? is wrong I don’t know who runs this place but I feel so bad for the workers they always look so tired. when the manager is there.

I spent 45 minutes in the line, I got a teriyaki bowl and they couldn’t find any sauce. The food looks absolutely terrible and cold and the tea tasted old. Didn’t eat anything literally just went home and cooked. Never going again.

I came to buy my breakfast and the woman who is serving here reluctantly serves me and I asked her for my receipt and she didn't give it to me and she literally threw away my food.
