The quality and service has been steadily going down at this location. 12/29/24 ubereats - ordered the new sourdough smashed jack (2x). Both ended up coming with no onions, no sauce, and one wimpy strip of microwaved bacon. Also ordered the birria tiny tacos - but didn't receive the sauce packet it was supposed to come with. So, dry boring tacos. They never toss any taco sauce or ketchup in the bag, with no option to request any. If I order tacos, it's a safe bet i want some sauce aye? Whoever is cooking and getting bags together sucks. 👎 Cost too much money to be so terrible.

There are not too many late night food spots in that direct area so that is great always open to or three in the morning usually that's never crowded drive-through super fast unlike the Whataburger that is across the way from it that takes about 10 or 15 minutes to get your meal, they're very fast, friendly and useful
I go to jack n the box often. And it’s and spanish dude always have an attitude. I made an online order and was made to stay in the line so we asked for food to be fresh once get to the window. Because when we attempted to come inside and pick it up , it was sitting there ready.
Once we got to the windo , fries cold, asked for sauce , gave me one for a two person order: this is him every time I come up here

I used to come here every morning after I got off work and the staff was always really friendly, they were fast I miss coming here but unfortunately have since moved out of state.

I frequent the drive thru of this jack in the box and they are always fast. Once in a blue moon they may have a really long line. But it’s most likely because they have fresh good food and get it out in a timely manner; which brings people back. Unlike the whataburger across the street lol

These people need to understand that they are sometimes understaffed, if you ask for your food fresh, you are the problem. Picky ahh people. It’s fast food for a reason, don’t get mad if you see a lot of people there and don’t get your food quickly. Do the math dur dur dur dur
