It’s 4am, just went to get food from here around 3:45am ish. One, they only did mobile orders which I had no problem with. I downloaded the app and placed my order. The person on the speaker/at the window was very kind and chill. And idk who made this #6 or maybe it’s because I just got off work but it is FIREEEEEE, like it’s actually kind of crazy lol. I just took a star off because my curly fries were a bit stale and seems like i just got the odd ends but it’s 4am…so I understand where that comes into play.

This place should be shutdown. Food is disgusting, OLD, and definitely not as advertised, customer service doesn’t exist, and the quality of anything coming out of here is truly an testament to the lack of care and concern many restaurants have now, but expect you to keep patronizing them. Same as the location on McCart. Both location’s tacos are like a science experiment of “guess that filling.” I have never seen a taco on a hard shell completely saturated in oil and closed like an empanada. The fries were so burnt and old that they resembled bacon bits. None of the food was fresh including the sandwiches.

Arrived at Jack N Box on Hulen/Risinger 07/16/2024 between 11pm-12am due to my 80 year mother had just been discharge from hospital and she wanted a burger. Long story short, the meal was $23.00 and some change. My mother handed me $100 bill to give male window attendant. The female worker standing next to male window attendant started shouting and using very foul lanuage towards us and the male attendant that my mother had taken all her **** change. She continue with foul language and aburtly handed me $5 and $1 bills which I did not mind the $5 and $1 bills. She then got on phone, I am assuming with superviser and started raising voice that a lady took all her change. I do not care for the rudeness and highly foul lanuage. If you did not have enough change, you could have told us that. We could have did another payment method but you never asked. The male window attendant stayed calm and polite throughout the time. As for as the female worker, If you do not like your job and do not like interacting with people esp the elderly, please find something else. We and esp my mother did not deserve this type of service. Shame on you and Jack N Box if they do not address this issue.?

I recently took advantage of a free mini taco offer from T-Mobile. Using the mobile app to place my order was very easy and straightforward. However, when I picked up the mini tacos, I found them quite disappointing. The filling in the first taco was unidentifiable, leaving me unsure if it was meat or refried beans. The second taco didn't provide any clarity either, so I ended up throwing the rest away.
