Southwest salad was old. I had to throw it out. Chicken felt almost slimy. I tried to call and let them know to check the salads, but only got voicemail.

I'm glad I haven't reviewed here yet. It's always been a hit or miss but today was my last straw! I placed an order for drive through and waited the allotted time. I pulled up, I'm told to go to the 2nd window. As I pulled up, nobody greets me or acknowledges I have an order placed. I wait for over 5 minutes to have PART of my order, shoved out the window without asking who the order was for or what the order was! I pull around and notice 2 items missing, so I go inside to let them know. The chick doesn't even acknowledge she heard me and walks off. So I stand there looking clueless and dumb af for 5 minutes until finally somebody comes by and ask what's up with my missing items. She tells me they're working on it. Honeybive seen yall push at at least 5 orders while I'm standing there. There's no reason mine shouldn't have been a priority and the first since I got everything else! I have never wanted to hop over the counter to put somebody in check or make my own meal in my life. And for times like this where they screw up or clearly don't give a crap! Coupons or extras should be offered and given. I've got toddler twins at home and a father with dementia and yall shorted me and put me on the back burner. Shame on these youngsters that don't give af!

I really appreciate the assistance of the staff on the other day. I was dealing with a family member card declined. They decided to play around and not transfer money to the card. The staff on the day went above and beyond. Thank you again!!!

Jack in the Box used to be a reliable stop, but since the area got crowded, quality's dropped fast. Long waits, cold food, and careless service are now the norm. Feels like they’re overwhelmed and cutting corners to keep up. Disappointing decline.

Went through drive thru handed my cashapp card at 11:02 my card was used for Uber 11:26 I remember the person as well who took my card ...this ridiculous we can't trust to use cards anymore ....I will be following up ...I work hard for my money as well

Me and another person ordered a large combo and when we got them the burgers were very small considering there called “Jumbo” and we got very little fries for it being a “large meal.” Then, the workers I think she was the manager even said herself “the fries are old” to another worker and was blabbing about other people possibly workers and cussing out loud about the person they were talking about. The worker that I said might be a manger was also being mean to her coworkers. Don’t come here if you want your moneys worth.

We specifically asked for no sauce on the tacos and they proceeded to add the sauce. Tacos were also so soggy and cold.

I ordered the number 13 chicken club combo with curly fries and a Dr. Pepper. The ONLY thing edible was my Dr.Pepper. The fries were cold not even warm and my chicken sandwich was so dry not even edible. Won’t be going back!!!

By far, the best jack in the box I've been to! The food was really good and there was absolutely little to none wait time. The boy at the window was super sweet and kind and had excellent customer service! :)
