For some reason there's always an issue when i go during the night shift. The "system" always seems to be down at night and they say either they aren't taking any orders or only able to take cash. Seems fishy to me.

Worst experience at a Jack in the Box so far and will not be coming here again, nor do I recommend this location at all. All the employees were turning up the Bluetooth speaker on full blast like it was a club and had a girl not wearing any work uniform and I don't think she even works there dancing in the staff area/kitchen and all the employees were playing around like it was a club. 1 worker was actually trying to get orders out the drive-through, then another worker popped his head out the window and said "Give me those bags back" so I gave it back while he argued with another worker "I forgot to put the egg rolls in the bag" and the good worker said "no I got it already that's extra" and he snatched the bags back and gave me my food kindly and apologized for his rude coworker, and he stood there prepping the next order while all the other employees were yelling and partying like the kitchen was a club.Also, the egg rolls were still solid ice cold in the center, but I didn't want to waste my time and drive back around.

Late night I drove around to 3 other fast food places that were supposed to be open and weren't. My last attempt was this Jack in the Box, and thankfully... SUCCESS! Being a vegetarian and also lactose intolerant, I do not typically eat fast food since there's not much for me there. This Jack in the Box accommodated my simple off menu order of an egg croissant with no cheese. THANK YOU! - to the 3:00 a.m. cashier & drive through crew for being competent and allowing my off menu item, and getting it right :). Signed- A Happy Customer that will return the next time I have no groceries on my way to work at 3:00 a.m.

It was simple late night dinner for 2 people. Ordered a burger, 3 large curly fries & coke. Fries were just warm, NOT hot, coke tasted like tonic water, like it was just sitting there for a while & all the ice melted in it, watery taste. My tummy was hurting later on.

We literally just left this place. I'll NEVER EVER go back to this location again. We ordered 3 meals and were told by a trans man that. We could only have one buttermilk total. We literally had 3 meals and would be charged for additionals. We literally spent 30 bucks there. Never again!! Shut this place down. I was cool and calm considering we were waiting for our food for about 15 to 20 mins at the window. And that it didn't look like they knew what they were doing inside. The least they could have done was give the customers what they need to solidify their meals smh. STAY AWAY. Because they cherish buttermilk like its gold here ????????
