Food was a sloppy jr burger and curly fries were old and hard for $2.99. I don't eat out often because of this exact reason. Too expensive for trash food. BUT, the drive thru girl was excellent in her customer service even though she didn't ask what size curly fries I wanted and they were the $1.99 version. I was on a 12 hour shift and just needed some calories so I ate the crap. Ugh

As a person that’s been in restaurants for 10+ years, I’d fire the whole night crew. Every time I come to this store at night my food is wrong, burnt, or missing something. This time I was missing a patty off my sandwich. I see all the bad reviews on this location and nothing has changed. This will be my last time at the location specially at night. If u go in the daytime with management is present in the store the service and food is a lot better. Jack in the box please fix this there are to many negative reviews on the location. this is a store that sits in a good location surrounded by plenty of customers that like jack in the box.

I went in drive thru and I had the worst experience ever the cashier Sandra has the worst attitude I order tacos and chicken sandwiches My tacos had no cheese and no meat at all and all my chicken sandwiches barely had any mayo when I asked for extra….. I’ve worked for Jack in the box before….. and I have never told any customers “I can’t control if there any cheese in the tacos” This place is a joke

Went during a less busy time. Specifically asked them to make my two fish sandwiches fresh. What I got were two reheated sandwiches. That's cool. Y'all got your 7$ and a poor review. Last money you'll ever see from me. Way too many options around here for that.
Had the new Fish Sandwich as was in town seeing accounts. Was made fresh and was hot! Not bad for the price. Go when on the run and as a quick snack.

Hardly ever eat jack in the box, and the one time I do my order is wrong. Don’t understand I ordered 4 items both the same thing 2 orders of nuggets and 2 curly fries. And got regular fries, would understand if it was busy but it was 5ish pm and the place was empty. I guess I now know why!!

There was an employee with a green shirt and Santa hat yelling at another co worker while she was on break. The employee was very disrespectful when it came to her taking orders. Didn’t appreciate her attitude needs to get it fixed.
