I came to this Jack in the box and I got a junior jumbo Jack and four tacos. The tacos were cold and soggy 🤮 and the junior jumbo Jack meat was very old. Not pleased at all will not be coming back to this location. 👎

Took my daughter and grand daughter to get a shake. Service was awesome and they were very gracious in bright ging our shakes to us. The food was delicious and as always a great place to get away with your family.

The workers are very slow. Some of my food was forgotten and when I went back to get it, they were mad at me. The workers are very unhappy and seemed like disgruntled employees. I actually quit going there because every time it’s the same.

If this was the last Jack in Box in existence I still wouldn't go. Very rude service in the drive through. Kept getting rushed to order and the tone was full of attitude. I've never experienced this poor service in my life and I've been around the world. Good luck staying in business if this is how you treat your customers. I cancelled my order and went to Dairy Queen and they were very polite

Went through drive thru and girl taking order just kept saying “huh?” Over and over again. I drove like 5 min away and when we started eating food it was cold! I’ve called twice and no one will pick up the phone
Ordered a ultimate cheeseburger and it was nasty. I've had many from them I could tell they used those disgusting burnt smasher patties instead of the normal ones. It honestly tasted like eating charcoal.

We accidently used our points at the wrong location. They refused to help us switch locations and didnt give us our free burger. I'm the manager of a restaurant and I would have treated my customers way differently. No wonder this location is always so dead. You obviously dont want happy customers. Will not recommend or be back.
