Just ordered through the drive thru (Tuesday night 7:30pm shift). The manager (unsure) was on it! Doing his best to provide the best customer service, was hustling to make sure everyone got their food in a timely manner. Very friendly. Will definitely be back.

So. I deliver food. There is an after hours pickup window. You ring the bell and get the food. Evidently at this location the last 3 times I've been here they refused to go to the window. Forcing you to get in the drive through and trapping you in a line for over 15 plus minutes. What's the point of having the after hours pickup window if it isn't being used?

Made me wait in a long line and for customers food to get cold because they wouldnt walk it to the pickup window cause they rather be lazy. No reason a customers food should just sit cause your employees cant take a few extra steps

Best French vanilla/ Carmel cold coffee ever and affordable 😋 and my 2nd cup of coffee . My husband likes it, and he doesn't drink coffee

I just visited this location and a middle aged woman, black, about 5’5, had the absolute worst attitude with me. I asked why and she responded after I had gone back to sit down, “My patience is running out”. I confronted her about and was told that waiting inside would help me get my order faster somehow. They took 15 more minutes to get the food ready and when I got home it looked like those memes of McDonald’s where no ingredient is touching and it’s just smeared across the wrapper. I hope this place gets shut down or the franchise owner goes out of business, he doesn’t know how to run a restaurant

Food was the worst I've ever had from Jack in the box and the drink was flat o even told the worker that and he replaced it and it was still flat like they needed to change their side machine bags out.

I pulled up to the drive thru and like others have said the associate mubbled something and said DoorDash when I asked to repeat he said ( I ain’t got no DoorDash order) I said I never said anything about DoorDash then proceeded to say we’re closed. As I was pulling past the drive thru I could see the person sitting in the back as if they had just woken up
