This location consistently takes a long time so I avoid coming here for that reason. But I work right by here and today it was a matter of convenience and the line didn’t look long it took over OVER 30 mins to get through the drive thru. That’s my entire lunch break. Then the food is cold. DONT COME HERE this is my last time!!
All employees are outside smoking. No one inside working. No one answering drive thru. Drive thru screen isn’t turned on.

Food was fine but service wasn't so great employees were a little rude and careless they were taking personal phone calls and dropping food on the ground and the wait was kinda long because of it also soda machine wasn't working properly this location needs to update their systems and crew

I always order a lot of food late at night after I get off work and they’re so nice. The foods always fresh and the orders always correct. This is the best Jack.

I waited in the drivw thru for 4 tacos for 15 mins the people when not even friendly but 15 mins for 4 tacos ridiculous if u ask me and its like 1:30am not even busy time one girl inside and the help is out in the parking lot smoking what a joke
