I’ve visited this location three times, and they never seem to have what’s listed on the menu. The shake machine is always down, and they’re always out of milk boba tea—completely unacceptable. On top of that, the girl at the drive-thru acted like she didn’t understand my order and responded with a rude “WHAT?” Very unprofessional. There’s no greeting or courtesy at the window; they just take your money and rush to the next customer. I won’t be coming back.

As one of only a VERY FEW places that you can get sourdough buns (for those if us who are gluten intollerant) I have to rate them very high. I am so thankful for them!!!

The food was good but they forgot to add bacon to my bacon cheeseburger. I also vomited after not sure if it was the foods fault or not. The silly mascot does make up back some of the stars though😝

Went here Sunday morning for breakfast in the drive thru. The cashier named Fransica needs a new job. She has absolutely 0% customer/people skills. The whole time I was ordering she was rushing me and telling me my total when I wasn't even done ordering. Usually this a nice jack in the box but Fransica seriously needs a new gig because this isn't meant for her.

The place is good if they remove or train the little boy taking orders at night he gives the wrong food slams windows in people face and admits he doesn't know how to properly take orders and work all the buttons his words not mine when asked for a refund he didn't know how to do that either please train this kid or move him to a new department
