The food was good but they forgot to add bacon to my bacon cheeseburger. I also vomited after not sure if it was the foods fault or not. The silly mascot does make up back some of the stars though😝

I was buying 70 tacos to bring back to Georgia where I live, but was born in Texas. There are no jack-in-the-Box in Georgia, so I was bringing the tacos back to my hotel for my flight out in the morning. One of the employees asked me if I needed help with my order and actually drove me to my hotel so I didn’t have to carry the order back to my hotel on foot. Everyone at this location was very friendly, courteous, and respectful. I would work there if I was given the opportunity....

A lot of bad reviews, I ordered online, went through drive through. Went to pick up through drive thru, they said they didn’t receive an order even though my app said order was complete. They must of given it to somebody else. I went inside to show proof and they hooked it up right away. It smelled good and the Hispanic ladies had the music blasting so I know the food was gonna come out good. Frances took my order and I think Elena cooked and did a good job. P.s. they actually...
