No matter what time of the day you go. Food is always cold and taste old. Change the grease please and learn how to make food fresh or per order. Sad part is this a new building and new jack on the box for this area and they are never busy. I see way food is trash

Horrible! I paid cash for a bacon ultimate burger combo. I got a burger with a piece of straw wrapping in the cheese. I got a burger with no bacon, just cheese. Gross.

Waited 24 minutes for my food and I was the only person in the restaurant until another gentleman came in and ordered about 12 minutes after me and got his food and left . The manager dude was super rude to me and punched the counter and showed aggression towards me . I was very calm and respectful and asked for a refund and the guy was so rude and disrespectful like it was my fault that they took so long to make my order and all I ordered was the Spicy Chicken sandwich munchie meal with 2 tacos and fries. I asked for his name and he refused to tell me his name. I got all this on camera and posted it on my tiktok with 10,000 followers . When he refused to tell me his name I politely asked for a refund and he punched the counter and turned his back on me and stormed off to the drive thru window and left me standing there. I feel so disrespected. This type of behavior is not ok especially from a manager. Usually the workers there and the female manager are super friendly. I had never seen this guy there before. Its Hispanic gentleman probably In his late 20s. I was just so flabbergasted at this experience . I will be calling corporate and sending them the video as well. This leaves such a sour taste in my mouth . I hope he does not continue to work there or I wont continue to give them my business .

After my experience, I’m not surprised at this place only has a 2.4 star rating and has not even been open a year. I came in to pick up an order and the person working barely spoke English. The order consisted of 3 12 pack party packs and five midnight munchy meals. they were finishing up with the munchy meals, but then I told him about the taco party packs and they said that was not the menu. I was trying to explain, but since she didn’t really speak English, it wasn’t working. She got an attitude with me when I showed her what I’d ordered and said it was 36 tacos she proceeded to tell me it was too much. She’s then proceeded to get an attitude and call me names in Spanish, which I will not repeat. Told me it will be 20 minutes so I left.
Says it’s open… but I guess just the drive through is open.

Absolutely terrible management. The staff don’t acknowledge customers, either under staffed or just terrible staff. Always run out of everything again management unable to keep up with ordering. Terrible customer service. It’s a bummer because there are not a lot of jack in the boxes in the area. Management really needs to step in and step up because they’re terrible.

Order a smash burger combo , burgers was not smashed , thick and cold ! Bun was hard and it had a little sauce a few pickles nothing else !!!! Fries were old and soggy! 2nd time and both times it was disappointing!!
