Came here at 630 am and they told me that I can’t order anything because they just “opened” that it’d take 15 minutes to make a chicken sandwich on the value menu. I then asked what she had ready and she stopped answering . I pull up to the window. No one there. Finally she comes she didn’t know the managers name either. I have never had an issue ordering from Jack in the box at 630 am! They opened at 6 and she told me they just “opened” smh won’t return

Had a coupon for 2 for $5 Jumbo Jacks so I decided to go. The burgers were actually pretty decent fast food burgers, comparable to Burger King but not as good as Whataburger or In n Out. The negative experience was due to the long wait. There were 3 cars in front of me in the drive thru, but I waited 22 minutes to get my food. Waiting 20+ minutes in a drive thru for fast food kinda defeats the point of fast food. The location seemed very short staffed and busy with online orders, so the restaurant could probably benefit from hiring more employees to keep up with the order volume.

Coffee ☕️ good hot delicious breakfast creasant delicious just too small not enough meat it's change over the years use to be bigger on a actual creasant bread 😋 you need buy two get full stomach as when back 2005 -2020 buy got full which they had more healthier food choices sell fruits yogurt, overall i love they breakfast

Went to the drive-through this morning I asked for the number 24 no ham I had to repeat myself three times and she kept taking off the order then she had to order number 24 but she took off the egg so now it’s just cheese and bacon. I can’t believe it and I go to this jack in a box all the time

Missing the OG chicken tater melt munchie meal but still this specific jack n the box gave me hot food and it was delicious. If you know what old deep fryer taste like then you will be happy to know that they change their grease atleadt by the tine I got there.

Food came out correctly the first time and we had a fairly large order. Everything tasted great and the cashier (possibly the manager) was very friendly and helpful. Dining area was fairly clean.
We work close and well we like the churros there and the coffee this is the last time i go to this jack in the box . Coffee taste like water the young lady dosnt know how to count or the difference in the sugars i asked for 8 sugars and 8 creams and only got 4 of each coffee taste like water i should of asked for a iced coffee thats how cold it was . We wont be returning to this location i see why they have so many bad reviews

THIS IS THE WORST JACK IN A BOX I BEEN TO... BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I WISH I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS. I FOUND HAIR IN MY FOOD. SHE ASKED FOR THE BAG BACK, TOOK THE HAIR OUT THEN GAVE ME BACK THE BAG.I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH A MANAGER ONE WASNT THERE!!! THE CUP OF ICED COFEE LOOKED LIKE IT WAS MIXED WE PEE. I TOLD THE LADY IN DRIVE THROUGH I DIDNT WANT IT. IT DIDN'T LOOK LIKE THE PICTURE OR VERY PLEASING TO EAT!!! INSTEAD SHE ARGUED WITH ME TELLING ME TO JJST TRY IT! I CALLED AND THE SAME YOUNG LADY ANSWERED THE PHONE THEN SAID THE MANAGER WASNT IN. THIS IS VERY MALICIOUS AND BAD FOR BUSINESS. THEY HIRE ANYONE THESE DAYS THAT TEND TO LEAVE A BAD REPRESENTATION AND RUDE BEHAVIOR !! I WILL BE CALLING COPORATE.
