So as soon as I walk in, a woman saw me, said nothing, and immediately walked to the back and I've been standing in the lobby. Then after 5 minutes they came to take my service, kinda rude but ok

Sink will not drain. Paper is caught in the drain. They did have soap to wash my hands. But there were no paper towels to dry my hands, Restroom remained locked before I could go in. I waited in five minutes, holding myself because the door was locked. They finally told me that they keep it locked for customers only. You have to have a key. I thought it was being used Or I could just pee in my pants while sitting at the table eating my burger.

Worse jack in the box one rude employee 2 employee had no knowledge of menu asked about specials said they didn't exist but were plastered all over restaurant then other employees instead of helping incompetent employee they just stood and watch her say they didn't have anything. Guy who took my oreder was awesome . He took care of me felt awesome waking up to a perfect cup of iced coffee.
This location always has the freshest food. They’ve always put condiments in the bag or ask you and never forget any items. I won’t go to any other Jack-in-the-Box because they either don’t change their grease services. Terrible or items are missing so thank you ladies. You’re doing a great job.

This places sucks, restroom lock, they gave 2 ranch and if I want it more they will have to charge me for it, fountain drink doesn't work and gave you the fries that are left from all day, definitely not recommended!!!!!!

Exactly what I expected it to be. Fast food and, with a coupon, cheap. Reasonably clean inside, had to wait a few minutes for someone working to notice I was at the order desk. Not busy, but had dirty tables and trash can.
But food was fast, hot and decent. So again…what I expected.
