My daughter and I came here and the service was awful!On top of that our order was entirely wrong...But the service was so bad we felt if we told them the order was wrong our food would be spat in ...I also learned this is where my daughter had been getting my breakfast sandwiches from to surprise me at work because I work close by....And every single time she had been ordered me the ultimate breakfast sandwich....To her confusion she has been paying for the ultimate sandwich and just getting a regular breakfast sandwich....Neither she or I knew what had been given to us!I am so upset by this!

Ordered some food for lunch at work. When I get to work I noticed that they forgot my tacos and the loaded fries I ordered had a drop of cheese. Pretty sad for a simple order thru fast food.

This morning 10 .11.2023 Alejandra was so great she came to the window and ask someone help me and she have me the drink and also when to the kitchen and made my food... that is what a gratefull person do and is glad to have a job and take care of your customers. Great job

I’ve worked fast food before so I’m pretty lenient with a lot of things, but there’s no excuse for my food to be taking 45 mins to come out when it’s 2am and the delivery location is right across the street. I gave this store one more shot and I ordered again tonight- it did arrive in a timely manner but they gave me the wrong sandwich. I ordered a buttery jack combo and they gave me some random breakfast sandwich. Not even close to what I ordered. I couldn’t eat it because I have dietary restrictions. It wasn’t worth calling them to complain because I know they have poor customer service and they’ll likely do nothing. I just won’t go back; and I’ll encourage others to do the same.

Took too long! Cashier didnt even say hi . She just stared... the food was ok. But there was nobody else in the drive thru when i went yesterday... and took like 15 mins...
Last time I ordered from here it took 45 mins to get my food delivered. I was right across the street. It was 2am. It should not have taken that long. This time, I ordered a buttery jack combo and got a random breakfast sandwich. Would have been fine with it but I cannot eat pork and this thing was covered in greasy bacon and ham making it inedible for me. Just go to Cane's down the street if you're hungry. This place sucks.

Highly recommend driving past this place. Their drive thru speakers suck...the food sucks evenmore. I was served garbage that was most likely a victim with being under a heat lamp too long. The fries were awful and the ultimate cheeseburger was as bad. The food landed inside a trash can....couldn't eat it. Bad part...Jack In The Boxes have been great stops...not this one.
