so bad , I went to Jack on Monday November 10th at around 10:50-11:00pm a very rude employee took my order no customer service at all . Doesn’t know how to talk to customers , and sure doesn’t know how to take my order or give me my sauces . Like i know it’s night time and you have like 5 cars in the line but come on buddy , you choose this job for yourself so act like you know how to work for 5 hours of your day .

Three doordashers accepted and declined my order. So, through doordash I changed my order to pickup. When I went up there the manager told me she gave the food away and there's nothing she could do then walked away. She wouldn't even look at my phone for proof. Then she blew up on me for no reason. I wasted my time, gas, and energy for nothing. As a manager, I would've replaced the meal. Losing a customer is not worth a meal. 'Never' going back there.

Had to wait more than 30 min by the door to get my food. And when I get my food and my loaded breakfast sandwich doesnt have sasauge? Not satisfied. I understand waiting in line but not waiting forever for my food while my drinks get warmed up.

Ordered thru drive thru, checked my meal before we left, and they gave me wrong order. I go inside and tell them and they give me a new bag with fresh fries and the burgers. I said thanks and left, WITHOUT checking…but I thought I didn’t think I had too. Well I got home and they gave me the same exact wrong burger that I handed him. SMH. Seriously where’s management.?

My daughter and I stopped here to eat last week. The seasoned curly fries were awesome and the Diet Cherry Dr Pepper was so good but the hamburger was the worst hamburger I have ever eaten in my life. It had enough lettuce for a small salad, a ton of mayo. I could not taste the flavor of the hamburger for all the mayo. It was so messy trying to eat. I was very disappointed.
