Manager that's on shift today Feb 7 at 11:30 is completely unprofessional and needs to work on her grammar can't even read the screen where the order shows up on. Walked away when we were trying to show her the receipt and closed the windows on us. Employee comes to try and help and we end up getting cussed out by him all cause we're trying to explain the receipt. And show the one I have on my phone to to explain they were forgetting our food and gave us the wrong size.

If you cant speak english fluently maybe cashier is not the right position for you. After completing the order with a huge language barrier, goto pay, surprise an order was missing, fixed that before paying, but we recieved the food with wrong fries. So after sitting down inside, wife took order back to the counter and now they want us to pay for thier mistake.

Went thru drive thru..ordered the double smash burger with curly fries and a DP...plus 2 tacos.....got home with everything except the double burger....called up there and the girl hung up on me.....piss poor customer service....

Absolutely worst location! I was given my order wrong in the drive through and when I brought my order to the counter, all the high school kids who were hired started laughing at me and my wife saying we ordered wrong and asked us to prove what we ordered when we didn't have a receipt. They went through our bag without gloves grabbing our food and tossed it back saying they gave our order to someone else and they couldn't make our order. Avoid this location until they hire new people
