THE MANAGER IS SO RUDE WHEN WE WALKED UP SHE REFUSED TO LET US IN TO EAT AND SAID ONLY DRIVE THRU IS OPEN, WHEN WE SAID WE DONT HAVE A VEHICLE SHE SAID THATS YOUR PROBLEM NOT MINE. THAT IS NOT HOW YOU ADDRESS PEOPLE AND I WILL TAKE MY MONEY TO MCDONALDS WHERE THEY TREAT PEOPLE WITH KINDNESS AND RESPECT.

I have been going to Jack in the box for many years, and I can't remember of ever having my order mixed up the only thing I don't like is that they don't ask you if you need any condiments they have great food and okay prices.

While I understand Christmas is busy and jack in the box is one of the only establishments open, I also know that the level of customer service should be held no matter what. I came in the evening to pick up a doordash order and observed the manager yelling at customers, pregnant workers in their pajamas, inappropriate work activity and all for the manager to start getting crass with the customers. We all know stress, some people are meant to lead and some are not. As a manager, I could never speak to my customers or employees in the manner she did. Poor experience.

Stopped over for a breakfast sandwich and senior citizens coffee. The clerk at window had huge poor attitude. After placing my order with the price on the screen . I politely asked if she got the senior discount to which wasn't displayed. She rudely told me I'd get discount at window MA'AM!!!!! she is turned towards back cook area lol ? when I get to windwi!Who's driving the revenue for business.1. Rude employees hired by their uncles neighbor????2. Customer wanting basic quality food with decent service?????

Rude little t girl try to fight me over what I ordered I ordered #1 say you order a number one that means the combo that comes with fries and a drink she argued about it being only a hamburger she wanted to jump over the counter and fight me but her unprofessional managers held her back good thing there unprofessional and their service doesn't even deserve one star that's giving them too much Mr jack please fix that they need a whole new team crew
