This Jack in the box location since it's opened up has sucked I'm angry tonight because they are not allowing Uber eats to pick up orders at the door there's 25 cars in line but they picking shoes who to give the orders to when it's online orders. These people in the store need to grow up get organized and figure out how to do things where it runs smoothly or Jack in the box needs to pay a decent wage to hire adults to work

I usually get there after 1:00 a.m. when I go. I have had no problems with my order or the food everything's been great. There's never really a long wait even if there's other cars.

I ordered 2 tacos with no cheese, they somehow managed to give me the wrong order 3 times. First was no lettuce with cheese so I had to go back through the line since the dining room was closed, they then handed me the exact same thing again to which I was a little frustrated at this point because how do you get the remake wrong, so I wait again for a different man Im assuming the manager to hand me 2 tacos with no sauce and no cheese so I just gave up and accepted what I got because its a shit show in there I guess.

Guy at the window was very rude and looked miserable working there. He rolled his eyes when I asked a question and muttered something under his breath. He also asked me to repeat myself 4 times.

I went here last week after ordering online the 6 piece chicken wing meal. When I got there I wasn’t acknowledged until about 5-10 minutes and when the employee asked if I had been helped I said I was waiting on an online order. She called off the order followed by we’re out of chicken. They said they couldn’t give me a refund in store so I had to request one online. After submitting it online I got an e-mail from the district manager and she said to call. When I called I she said she doesn’t manage the Jack in the box in that location and gave the manager my number. When he called he wasn’t told anything about what I submitted online so I gave him an explanation. Then he said they could’ve given me a refund at the store ? this was on Tuesday this week. Then he asked if I wanted the refund in store or back in my account. Since I wasn’t pressed for it I said in my account which he said takes 48-72 hours. Friday came and went so I called his number back and there was no answer…called the store…no answer. I’m unsure as to how I get my money refunded at this point. The location is usually high in traffic so it’s not a location I’ll be back to. Customer service needs work for sure cause I could’ve been given a refund the day I went in store

5 visits in a row, cannot get an order right. 4 times items that were paid for were not in the order. This time got a jr. Cheeseburger instead of the ultimate cheeseburger I ordered, was charged for the jr. Speaker doesn't work well.
