This jack in the box is 100% a dissapointment, they are lazy and dont make food properly, ordered a sourdough sandwich and the bread was dry, chewy and not toasted properly. But this aint the first time. Its everytime, there was even a half eaten french fry in my burger

I ordered a meal promotion that was posted to there window which stated 2 for 5 bucks. Was charged 8.38 for that. Also had a oj priced at 2.79 then I added a water as well. The flipping water was more than a oj. Flat out ridiculous. 3.19 for a glass of water seriously??? I understand that they may need to charge a little for running a ice machine and using a cup but that just insane. Also the breakfast sandwich was not priced correctly after stating I wanted the two for five as posted on the window. Will not be back!!!!

Sharleen (I'm so sorry for butchering the name) was AMAZING. I went to the drive through at 10pm on 5/29/25... She got my order correct and actually made it even better by giving me the sauce I almost forgot. She was super helpful and polite. She deserves some recognition or a raise!!!

This Jack in the box location since it's opened up has sucked I'm angry tonight because they are not allowing Uber eats to pick up orders at the door there's 25 cars in line but they picking shoes who to give the orders to when it's online orders. These people in the store need to grow up get organized and figure out how to do things where it runs smoothly or Jack in the box needs to pay a decent wage to hire adults to work

I usually get there after 1:00 a.m. when I go. I have had no problems with my order or the food everything's been great. There's never really a long wait even if there's other cars.
I ordered 2 tacos with no cheese, they somehow managed to give me the wrong order 3 times. First was no lettuce with cheese so I had to go back through the line since the dining room was closed, they then handed me the exact same thing again to which I was a little frustrated at this point because how do you get the remake wrong, so I wait again for a different man Im assuming the manager to hand me 2 tacos with no sauce and no cheese so I just gave up and accepted what I got because its a shit show in there I guess.
