I stopped here to pick up breakfast; ordered a sausage platter; scrambled eggs, sausage, french toast, and hash browns. My order was ready fast! When I got to the shop and went to eat, I found the ugly truth. It looked like the stuff had sat under a heat lamp a couple of hours. No sausage; bacon. The eggs were dried up, but at least there wasn't much of that. The french toast was hard and dry; looked like all they did was fry bread, i couldn't detect any egg, except a couple of specks from the scrambled eggs. The hash browns were at least partially edible. My dog ate the biggest part of all of it; I preferred to be hungry. Looks like the clown got me, but that is my only visit to this location. My advice is to drive past this place. QT has a far better bÅeakfast scramble, and it can feed 2 or 3 of me. I got a notification this morning that they replied to my review. It was just a rubber-stamp reply; if you read other reviews of this place, most are one of 2 or 3 that they answer any complaint with. If you read enough of them, you can see there is clearly no effort being taken to make any improvement. Don't waste your money here.

The food was fresh. Made incorrect I wanted it a special way and tried calling no one answerd the phone. The front counter the young man was very nice neat listen well. The title of Jack ln The Box struck me Mexican American?. Don't understand why they added this underneath the title..The Restaurant Clean. I will be back again Jack ln The Box is 1 of the best places I like to eat. Being eating here over 35yrs. Treat everybody the same . Trust In The Lord Always.

I had gone to this location today as of writing this and I have never been so baffled by the amount of un-professionalism in my life. When I arrived not only did it take over 8 minutes to even place an order in the drive thru, (which by the way no one was in except for me)they got my order wrong. Then when I went around again I had to pull up to the window and say that my order was wrong so when I handed them the bag they said that they had fixed the mistake. WHICH NO THEY DIDNT I had ordered a number 23 and they gave me a cheese burger with so much ketchup and mustard that it was dripping out. All in all the people were rude to me by giving me tone and they got my order wrong twice which by that time I just handed the food back and drove off as I didnāt have all day and needed to get back to work as I do t get a long time for lunch. 0/5 stars never going again.

Some dude was handing me my food and proceeded to bite it to see if it āthe temperature was goodā he took 2 bites and then just threw it at my window I believe his named was Elbas
The crew is wonderful here but the food isn't, you can definitely tell when some people ate not working, emphasis on fresh food being served , not something that's been sitting since 6am or longer. Very disappointed In the quality of the food.

I asked for 10 tacos no lettuce and they gave me all tacos with lettuce and didnāt notice till I got home. Also the lady at the drive through asked me 4 times how many tacos even though I was already talking pretty loud. Get better.
