The food was fresh. Made incorrect I wanted it a special way and tried calling no one answerd the phone. The front counter the young man was very nice neat listen well. The title of Jack ln The Box struck me Mexican American?. Don't understand why they added this underneath the title..The Restaurant Clean. I will be back again Jack ln The Box is 1 of the best places I like to eat. Being eating here over 35yrs. Treat everybody the same . Trust In The Lord Always.

The crew is wonderful here but the food isn't, you can definitely tell when some people ate not working, emphasis on fresh food being served , not something that's been sitting since 6am or longer. Very disappointed In the quality of the food.

I asked for 10 tacos no lettuce and they gave me all tacos with lettuce and didn’t notice till I got home. Also the lady at the drive through asked me 4 times how many tacos even though I was already talking pretty loud. Get better.

Night shift people have the worst customer service. I went to order and the lady Monica who was taking my order through the drive thru and it took me around 3 "hello?"’s to get an answer back. She seemed in a bad mood so i didn't want to add to my order after. Once i got my food, it was not worth it. They need a better cook in the night shift. This was December 14, around 2 AM.
The people they sometimes have running the drive-thru here are absolutely terrible. They act like they can't hear you on the intercom and when they do "what you say"is the type of response you get. When they do finally hand you your bag they don't say anything to you even if you say "thank you" to them. This used to be a really good Jack in the box but the customer service is absolutely atrocious. I asked for a shake and the girl was like "we don't have no shakes" that's exactly how she said it. Just flat out rude. Beware of this place.
