For an establishment that operates on a first come first serve basis watching 6 parties get seated before me and my family was very disappointing. The hostess solution was to add a chair to a 4 top table making for a very uncomfortable dining experience. I guess the idea of putting tables together escapes your team. Oh well. Good thing my daughter loves your loaded fries.

Not just burgers and beer, but breakfast too! While staying at a hotel downtown, I was looking for a place to eat breakfast. As I was walking by, I noticed their sign advertising breakfast. So the next day, I stopped by. Not expecting anything great since it was a burger joint, but boy, was I wrong. The breakfast was awesome.Parking: Not hard during the day, but at night it can be difficult.

Took my family to Jake's in Fort Worth after son and family arriving back to states from being stationed in military in England for 4 years. My husband and I have been to the Jake's in Waco many times and loved. Not the case in Fort Worth. The food was absolutely horrible. My wings were raw, my husband's BLT had three pieces of bacon, which is not what suppose to on many occasions, appetizer was over cooked and burndt, Grandson's fries were over cooked and cold, my daughter had to remove 1/2 her salad out of bowl that was middle core. Service was ok. Never refilled teas nor water.. Told waitress about food and all I got was SORRY. I asked for manager. Waited an additional 45 minutes, no one came. I told her I didn't feel like I should have to pay for items could not eat. She took my Credit Card saying she would take off my wings, which did not happen. At this point, I had to get my grandchildren to hotel to rest since 10 hour flight, customs etc. I appreciate a return email on this.
