As soon as you pull up on drive through you see this book of rules, so if they mess up there are no remake, no refunds I will never go to this location a little to extreme, when you own a franchise its a chance you have to take.

Really nice staff! I'd recommend stopping by this location for the fruit fix you're looking for. Very, very quiet aside from their choice of music. I ordered two bowls from this location and received them a lot faster than expected ?

I just had to deal with the rudest cashier. I ordered 2 Açaí bowls and a smoothie and was alone. She puts everything on the counter and says there. I asked for a bag and she just handed it to me. I looked at her and then she opened it and sat it on the counter and said there again. I took the bag and asked if she was serious and she said it’s just putting stuff in a bag, you can do it. I will never step foot in this one again. I’ve never been in one that didn’t treat me well before. If you can find another Jamba go to it

Located right in the heart of Heritage trace, it's super convenient to swing by for a refreshing treat anytime.As soon as I stepped inside, I was greeted by the most delightful aroma of fresh fruit and smoothie goodness. The atmosphere is so inviting and cozy, with vibrant colors and comfy seating that made me feel right at home.And let's talk about the smoothies – they're out of this world! I tried the Mango-a-go-go and it was like sipping on sunshine. Perfectly blended and bursting with flavor, it was exactly what I needed to kickstart my day.SHOUTOUT TO THE BEST WORKER EVER HANA C. BUCK!!!But what really sets this place apart is the service. The staff is so friendly and welcoming, and they truly go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. Whether you're a smoothie aficionado or just looking for a tasty treat, this is the place to be.Overall, I can't recommend the Jamba smoothie shop enough. I come here every other day, in my smoothie I ask and always recieve my drink with thr lemonade concentrate. I like my drink tart! And today this young lady told me it wasn't possible. Everyone else has done it for me there. So I spend about $100 at you location each week. I hope that $5,200 decision was worth it. I drive all the way from denton to grab my husband and I both a large jamba juice. Thanks for ruining one of the few joys I have.

I don’t ever do reviews… but this jamba juice has disappointed me everytime I go. The first time i went through the drive-thru, i wanted to order an orange ginger cayenne shot. The worker told me instead of it being a shot all together, the orange will be served on side as a slice. When i received the order they gave me the smallest wrinkled orange slice i’ve ever seen and the shot was tiny. Wish I took a photo. I immediately returned it and requested a refund. the second time I went, I decided to go inside to order. They’re supposed to open at 7 am, the door was locked when I arrived at 8:30 am. An employee came to the door to unlock it and apologized. The last time I went was today… ordered a pb waffle banana parfait bowl , they barely added any greek yogurt to the parfait. That was my last straw. Won’t be returning to this location again.
