I love this Jason's Deli. I work at the FAA Building nearby and visit this location often. The food is consistently delicious and the service is the best of any location I have visited. The manager (who also manages the Keller location) is there often. I only know this because I was hosting a company lunch and one order we accidentally ordered the from the Keller location. I mistakenly left one of the orders behind and the manager called the Fort Worth location and had them fill my order so I didn't have to drive back to Keller. Ever since that experience when I see him in the restaurant ringing up orders he is cheerful and just wonderful to everyone he waits on. You don't see this often from Managers. The restaurant is also super clean and the food is fresh and so good. I rarely write reviews but I just wanted to recognize wonderful service when I experience it.

Went today after getting an email for the 12 days of deliciousness email. Today's date was supposed to be $5 off. I order, give my phone number for rewards and was then told that I had to spend $30 in order to get $5 off. I showed them the email I got and even my rewards member app and NOWHERE on either does it say any stipulations to this deal. I also tried to do the "Contact" on the main page of the website and was told that it no longer exists. The manager at this location told me to click on the email and it would have me sign it to show me the stipulations to the 12 days deals, nope. This is a prime example of false advertising and bait and switch. I will be reporting this to the Attorney General and they can investigate. You don't false advertise to get people in the store and when they call you out on it, then act like they didn't understand. I totally understand and this changed my mind about this deli. I have all of the screenshot to show that I didn't "misunderstand"

Don't waste your money here at the Texas Sage Trail Location. You'll order and pay for food that is never delivered, and the sandwiches they do make are worse than Subway. Food was cold, everything except the tiny sealed bag of chips was under-portioned. After all is said and done, I I don't think I've had a worse experience from a restaurant in years when it comes to what I paid for vs what I was given. I paid for a full size large Beef sandwich and was given less than a kids portion for $15. On top of that I ordered toppings on the sandwich that weren't added, and paid for a side of potato salad that was not added in the bag.

Horrible location. Ordered 2 Plain Jane's to go. Was ice cold and cheese wasn't even melted at all. Was almost raw. I'll never go this location again.

We arrived a few minutes after 8, and they were already taking apart the salad bar. They close at 10. They seemed irritated that my husband ordered salad. We won't be back again.

First time trying this place, I don't know how I feel about this food. The portions compared to the price paid dont make much sense. Portions are not for adults that's for sure.

The Modern Med bowl is as expensive as the salad that I ordered that has lots of ham, turkey and eggs. However it doesn’t have almost any protein. It only had some chunks of chicken. It’s a bowl of lettuce nothing else. Not worth the money. Unbelievable!
Every time that I choose to eat at this location, the service has been superb. Nancy knows my name and remembers what I order. The manager is always happy to see you and is willing to assist the workers in preparing your meal. My 2nd favorite place to eat of course home is 1st.

Ordered mixed greens, got soggy bottom of the bowl salad bar greens. Container was less than half full. Received incorrect olives and no broccoli that was part of the order. Basically, they threw in the junk they had left before refreshing the bar. Would not recommend or try again.
