This was my first time ever trying Jason's Deli. My boyfriend recommended this place and this will now be my go to for a quick bite! I got the pollo loco and my bf got the ranchero, we both cleared our plates. The manager, Sandy was very welcoming and attentive. We experienced great customer service and delicious food. 5 stars all around.

Jason’s Deli was great a decade ago, but it continues to go downhill. The hot food items are warmed in a microwave, the restaurant is filthy and the manager acted personally offended when we sent back the Texas potato (it was truly awful). I don’t think we’ll be back any time soon.

I made an online order and when I got home the dessert I had gotten was two days past it’s expiration date. I tried to reach out to the store and company but kept getting passed around and ignored.

Don't bother with this location. Go to one of the other one's. When I picked up my order through curbside I noticed missing items, prompting me to have to go inside (which defeats the purpose of curbside, if I have to go inside.) Once inside, the person who I'm assuming was the manager was cold and unapologetic, he just gave me my missing items and offered no apology. The restaurant was almost completely empty, I was the only car at curbside and there was maybe one other car in the drive thru lane. Not busy at all, in anyway that would justify the lack of attention and hospitality. Lastly one of my sandwiches had questionable looking black spots on the bottom bun, to be safe I went ahead and tossed it. In conclusion a waste of time and money. PLEASE just go somewhere else to get food!
