I made an online order and when I got home the dessert I had gotten was two days past it’s expiration date. I tried to reach out to the store and company but kept getting passed around and ignored.

Don't bother with this location. Go to one of the other one's. When I picked up my order through curbside I noticed missing items, prompting me to have to go inside (which defeats the purpose of curbside, if I have to go inside.) Once inside, the person who I'm assuming was the manager was cold and unapologetic, he just gave me my missing items and offered no apology. The restaurant was almost completely empty, I was the only car at curbside and there was maybe one other car in the drive thru lane. Not busy at all, in anyway that would justify the lack of attention and hospitality. Lastly one of my sandwiches had questionable looking black spots on the bottom bun, to be safe I went ahead and tossed it. In conclusion a waste of time and money. PLEASE just go somewhere else to get food!

My husband and I placed a To Go order at Jason's Deli last night. Please note that we have always loved their food. My husband got the chicken pot pie and he said it was quite good. The chocolate chip cookie I ordered was truly divine!! 😋 The reason for my three star review (instead of what would normally be five stars) has to do with the Carmela sandwich I ordered.
The Jason's Deli menu DOES list the pepper relish on this sandwich as "spicy" but I thought it'd be ok for me. I say that because I enjoy spicy foods, i.e. pepperoncini/banana peppers, medium heat jalapeños, salsa with some real kick to it, etc.
However, this pepper relish stuff (which was sadly spread over *both* pieces of bread) was so incredibly hot that I coul not eat my sandwich. The Carmela was supposed to have mayonnaise on it as well, but IF any mayo was present on my sandwich (doubtful), it had evaporated completely. I think the mayo was accidentally left out, which is unfortunate since this *might* have cooled things down somewhat. So after paying $10+ for this sandwich, my dinner consisted of chips, a pickle and chocolate chip cookie last night. I honestly think Jason's Deli should edit their menu to properly warn folks about just how hot the Carmela sandwich really is. 🔥😪😔

This is my favorite place when I am craving a great salad! That's all I need. The super sized salad bar has all that you could hope for and more! Plus, if you want a little treat after, you can help yourself to a cup or cone of soft serve ice cream! Yummy 😋

In this particular, Jason's deli, the restroom is right beside the salad bar so the restroom doors open less than 6-8 feet from the edge of the salad bar- disgusting. The food had very little flavor like it was stale.

There were only a few tables being used when i arrived. I was the only person in line. A few employees were standing around chatting while I waited to be served. On this trip, I got the salad bar. What was there was fresh and tasty. Unfortunately many of the bins were empty.
