Jersey Mike's Subs in Fort Worth

“This specific JMs location is KILLING IT. They operate like a smooth machine, their communication with eachother when it’s super busy is impressive. They are genuine, sincere, and loud. I like loud. My sandwich has never been wrong. And I drive to this specific location simply bc I feel like my sandwich is made with precision. Keep doin’ what you’re doin’ fellas. People notice that stuff.“

“This place is a 10 second walk from my work. My coworkers eat here often and are jealous if one gets it without telling the others. This location is dope and I love the workers. The sandwiches are delicious and fast. And dood it’s cheap. I don’t get chips or a drink and I’m full on 12 dollars.“

“I visit this Jersey Mike's fairly often as it is close to my husbands job and Jersey Mike's is one of the few places he can confidently eat at on a keto diet. This location is my favorite. The staff is always so helpful even when I ask a million questions about carb counts on things. For me they have the best bread! At this store the parmesean rosemary is always on point.“

“I love Jersey Mikes already, but I had to come on here and rave about Trey at the Fort Worth Hulen location. It is rare that you see the level of customer service and just pure genuine human kindness that he exhibits.

More often than not, especially in the fast food service industry, you encounter apathetic employees who are doing the bare minimum and couldn’t care less about interacting with the customers or making someone’s experience enjoyable.

But this man traveled a decent distance to work in, what I would consider to be, still icy and fairly dangerous conditions and was working hard, smile on his face, interacting with customers, remembering their names, taking extra care of the elderly, and just genuinely making ordering a sandwich a more than pleasant experience and a bright spot in the day. I truly have never seen anything like it.

I know the franchise owner is named Trey, but I do not believe this is the same one. Not sure if this Trey is a manager or anything yet at this point, but if he isn’t, he without a doubt should be put on some kind of a corporate leadership track. He was amazing. If more people were like him, this world would be a better place.

If the owners are seeing this message, you should absolutely consider having a discussion with him about future opportunities.“

“Love Jersey Mike’s. This location exceeded my expectations on a late Sunday evening. My wife and I came in to grab a late dinner for the family not realizing we were walking in 2 minutes before they closed. We apologized and started to leave, but Jason & Damon assured us it was no trouble and even cooked a hot Philly. The food was fresh, and the service was great. “I went inside for the first time today and had such a wonderful experience. The three women working around 2:20pm were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and upbeat. I’m currently pregnant, and they were so kind and accommodating with my requests regarding deli meat. I usually don’t enjoy going inside places, but the atmosphere they created made me feel so comfortable and cared for. From now on, I’ll definitely choose to go inside whenever I visit. These ladies truly made my day!“
