I love Jersey Mikes already, but I had to come on here and rave about Trey at the Fort Worth Hulen location. It is rare that you see the level of customer service and just pure genuine human kindness that he exhibits.

More often than not, especially in the fast food service industry, you encounter apathetic employees who are doing the bare minimum and couldn’t care less about interacting with the customers or making someone’s experience enjoyable.

But this man traveled a decent distance to work in, what I would consider to be, still icy and fairly dangerous conditions and was working hard, smile on his face, interacting with customers, remembering their names, taking extra care of the elderly, and just genuinely making ordering a sandwich a more than pleasant experience and a bright spot in the day. I truly have never seen anything like it.

I know the franchise owner is named Trey, but I do not believe this is the same one. Not sure if this Trey is a manager or anything yet at this point, but if he isn’t, he without a doubt should be put on some kind of a corporate leadership track. He was amazing. If more people were like him, this world would be a better place.

If the owners are seeing this message, you should absolutely consider having a discussion with him about future opportunities.

Absolutely top notch service, vastly beyond what you could ever expect at a fast food establishment. The professionalism, sincerity, cleanliness, positivity, team spirit, and hospitality are unparalleled! When we arrived, one of the team members was literally on his hands and knees scrubbing down the table legs on all the tables. If Americans worked 5% as hard as theis caring group of employees, we would all be so much better off. Thank you for delivering exceptional quality, service, and humanity. You remind us that there is significant hope in our world.

Walked in, store was immaculate! Greeted immediately! Staff friendly and welcoming. “Tom Cruise” (staff will know what I am talking about ;))behind the counter “Cocktaling” UP the sammiches! All staff engaged with the customers. It was an absolute delight to be in an establishment that genuinely was happy to see you. Thanks fellas!!!

I always come to this specific location to order the same sub. A giant chicken bacon ranch, sometimes with a cookie. Sometimes I order for my mom and another, so one day, one if the workers recommended I get the app to store up points I've earned. Have been using the app for a few months now and its awesome. The workers always recognize me and are so friendly.
