Me and my wife stopped in today to grab a few sandwiches. She ordered turkey and I ordered a Philly. We noticed brown lettuce and said something about it and they didn’t want to change it. I mentioned to my wife well we can go elsewhere and at that point other customers noticed and they changed it. Meanwhile they was making the sandwiches. My wife is pregnant needs hers heated up and didn’t ask nor give a chance. My sandwich ended up was made and I ask I would like condiments on it how come I wasn’t asked? They responded we never ask with phillys? And didn’t offer to fix it and her sandwich wasn’t heated up so she didn’t eat it. And I’m kinda. Well I think courtesy and respect goes along way and you should always work with a smile in the service industry! They was really rude! I tossed my sandwich at them! Wife had already paid for everything before I knew that they were so rude and non considerate. $30 wastedUS Army Retired

Jersey Mike’s is consistently a great sandwich. I stopped in this location to get lunch for myself and my mother who is in a nearby nursing facility and isn’t eating very well. I have a wheat allergy. I ordered a sub on gluten free bread. The guys making food acted like it was the biggest pain to make my sandwich. It was 2:00 in the afternoon, not rush hour. Trust me, my allergy is a bigger pain for me than you. I didn’t choose it. I won’t be giving this location any more of my money.

First time to go here. The sandwiches were great. The rosemary and parm bread was the true winner over all the other sub shops. It was absolutely fantastic. I got the original Italian. I will be going back for more.

We have been ordering at this location for years, and the staff and subs have been exceptional! We had one issue with our order, the website was down and it was resolved by the staff in person.
No adverse preservatives in deli meat. Everything very fresh and tasty. It is now my only sub sandwich place.

First time here and Elijah's customer service was TOP TIER I love it here and I WILL be making this my lunch spot Eduardo made my sandwich and he was AMAZING true sandwich artist ! I received my order without the chips The sandwich did not even have out of avocado I spent $20 on a sandwich I could have done better at Subway food may have not been as good but they would have remade the order and apologizing for screwing
