They gave me this bag of chips and when I get home I realized it was already partially opened and taped closed. Disgusting knowing that instead of disposing of faulty product they just half ass tape stuff closed

Love Jersey Mikes my favorite sandwich place outside of my NYC hometown delivery, but this one is just filthy! The tables sticky and windows nasty please clean up

I ordered a Roast Beef,Provolone and it was disappointing…where’s the beef??? toppings were scarce if any.. Just not worth the money…

There were 3 employees that we could see from outside. As soon as my husband and I parked one of the employees rolled her eyes I guess because they were about to get customers. The place was empty, so we decided not to even go inside and as soon as she saw us backing up she openly celebrated with a dance that we were leaving. I was in disbelief, she kept eye contact with me while husband looked around while he was backing up. This just happened Sunday around 2:45 pm. And this is the second time employees seem to be inconvenienced by getting customers.

I visit this location for lunch during weekdays. Service is quick a friendly. They keep the lines moving and prepare everything just as you like. Bread, meats, cheese, and vegetables are always fresh. The restaurant is kept clean and isn’t too crowded to navigate through when it’s busy.

The best sandwiches, service is not bad but can be better.

I ordered a Philly cheesesteak only to get a wet chicken sandwich. This has happened 2 times to me

The guys are very friendly, I asked them to warm up my bread after it was made and they did it very kindly.

Speaking from a manager perspective, this location is amazing! I came during lunch rush and everything was handled very well and efficiently

I went to jersey mikes located in the centerpoint shopping center in ft worth. I have been there many times and the workers were always nice. As I ordered my sub I saw a piece of bread thrown in the corner. I asked if they would not give me that piece because I wasn’t sure how long it was sitting there. No response. I saw the employee who looked as though she was from India, but I’m not sure, wiping counters and I thought nothing of it. After I paid I saw her snatch the bread really fast and throw it on the grill near my meat for my sandwich with her dirty gloves on. She thought I didn’t see her. I asked about it and everyone looked surprised that I saw what she did. I didn’t cause a scene because that’s not how I operate. I just write a review to warn others

Ordered the classic pastrami and instead gave me the chipotle one. Worker asks for online order receipt, who would know my order and name besides me? Won’t be coming to this jersey mikes anymore and portions are small.
