The place was really nice and clean and the staff was very friendly Duane was the one who helped us out! They make the food right in front of you so its very fresh!

Avoid this location at all cost. There is a reason why this location is the worst rated in the area. Go to Golden triangle or anywhere else. As a customer of Jersey Mikes and dasher the General Manager Duane has no customer service skills at all. Was picking up a doordash and he said it would only take a couple minutes it ended up being 12 minutes later, 10 minutes past the pick up time and as he handed me the food he was giving me attitude. Mind you this whole time other customers come in and ordering or getting their food 1st before he decided to pack this customer's order even though it was ready way before. Even the customer had texted me asking what is taking the store so long. Also there's not one restaurant that I know of that asks you to confirm the order and physically have to show them your phone, that's what the dashboard on their side is for. Ridiculous, I would support other Jersey Mike franchises instead. Corporate has to do something about this and him. They have been reached. Based on other negative reviews this store is a Reflection of the GM.

In response to Ken. Of course you felt that way and protecting Duane., i wouldnt have expected a different response, you still failed to mention what he said to me and treated me 1st and what the customer ordering said. You referred to 1124 order time was suppose to given to me. It was still past that time. Order was suppose to be picked up at 1114 or 1117 on my side , Other Jersey Mikes in area don't operate like this, I guess it just follows the chain of command here. Customer reached out to Corporate too. And I respectively disagree on berating Duane, don't tell a customer or Dasher it is going to be a couple minutes when it's not. Based on other reviews this store can't seem to understand that. Will definitely be declining offers here. Order was confirmed in front of him, but he still asked to physically see the phone which I showed him and left please don't say that didn't happen. Respect is earned, not given. Either you guys are too arrogant or delusional to admit you drop the ball or made a mistake. A simple apology would have sufficed.

Love Jersey Mike’s. This location exceeded my expectations on a late Sunday evening. My wife and I came in to grab a late dinner for the family not realizing we were walking in 2 minutes before they closed. We apologized and started to leave, but Jason & Damon assured us it was no trouble and even cooked a hot Philly. The food was fresh, and the service was great. I wish more business had employees like this! Hard to find people that are dedicated and still value the customer! Thanks Jason & Damon!

The gentleman who made my sandwhich was extremely kind. He seemed genuinely happy to help me after I said it was my first time there. I got a club sub mikes way and he was right, I love it! Will definitely be back

Little upset, I did my order through uber eats and you can’t always change or add things!

After completing my order I called spoke with Angie, explained and apologized for having to call in my order changes on top of thanking her for her time in modifying my order. I get my order and everything she repeated, that I requested wasn’t even added to my order. So I got a dry number 7 all I ask for was extra oil & vinegar oregano and tomatoes! I’ll stick to my Bsswood & Bluemound location!

I really enjoy coming to this Jersey Mike’s location—it’s usually great! The staff are super nice and friendly, and I really appreciate their hard work, especially when they’re busy. Today, I had to switch up my sandwich (Club Sub) toppings because they were out of turkey, which I completely understood. However, when I got my sandwich, I noticed they forgot the bacon. It was a little frustrating since I’d already had to make changes, and I’m paying $20 for a sandwich (which I think is worth it when done right). Mistakes happen, but it was disappointing. That said, the kindness of the staff and the usual quality of the food still good just kinda frustrating

There's only one other jersey mikes location I've seen that doesn't sell their bread standalone. Last time this happened we ran into a district manager for some of the local stores who overheard this, and had some choice words for that particular store, including that he'd make sure they don't make that mistake in the future. This store is now on that list as well. I appreciate them telling me who not to support when looking for sandwiches as well. Thank you Jersey Mike's at Sage Trail!

Jersey Mikes is the best sandwich place around. Jason made the perfect sandwich and wrap. Jason is a tremendous asset to Jersey Mikes and provided the best customer service. Jason deserves a raise, due to his level of performance and care for his job. I highly recommend this Jersey Mikes location.

It is 9:30 they close at 10:00. I walked U to buy some food and use the restroom. I needed to pee badly. The open sign was on with a locked door. See in the photo.

Very clean, sandwichologists are always kind. On a few occasions I’ve left church late and they were 15 mins to close and they smiled as I walked in ready to make sure I was well taken care of! Great location, recommend to anyone.
