I arrived just before scheduled pickup time, checked in, then watched as everyone after me got their orders. 15 minutes later they realized they forgot mine and quickly got it done. However the manager was dismissive and offered nothing to make up for my wasted 20 minutes.

I usually have a great experience here but none of the usual employees I used to see work there anymore. Seemed like everyone was rushing and wanted to go home and the girl who gave me my food was kind of dismissive when giving me my stuff. I ordered my giant sub with no tomaand its completely full of tomatoes. Also the portion size of the meats are so small now and I don't know. I would call to get a refund but I dont have the time to travel back to the store for it. I really hope i dont have an experience like this again .

I went inside for the first time today and had such a wonderful experience. The three women working around 2:20pm were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and upbeat. I’m currently pregnant, and they were so kind and accommodating with my requests regarding deli meat. I usually don’t enjoy going inside places, but the atmosphere they created made me feel so comfortable and cared for. From now on, I’ll definitely choose to go inside whenever I visit. These ladies truly made my day!
