I have ordered delivery from here about five times and every single time I ask for mayo and mustard packets on the side, every single time they do not do it. This time I decided to take a different approach and I ordered extra mayo ON the sandwich and once again they did not do it, and they STILL didn’t put packets in the bag. The packets are sitting right next to them it’s not that crazy 😭😭😭 I also asked for extra onions and they put about 2 to 3 more on there. Gave 2 stars because it’s good but it’ll never be great if it’s not given the way it’s ordered

We order delivery from this location fairly often because it is really easy to order big group lunches online. We are ALWAYS missing food from the order though. Just last week, we were shorted a few cookies and some bags of chips. The time before that we were missing drinks, cookies, and bags of chips. You would think for spending over $200 on an order that they could take the couple minutes to make sure everything is in the boxes and gets to us before heading out but that seems way too difficult. On top of that, the delivery is late probably 90% of the time.

I visited this store yesterday, and I had never had Jimmy John’s before. I went to the counter, was greeted immediately by a very pleasant young lady, and I told her that everything on the menu looked good and what did she suggest. She told me her favorite, so I ordered seres it. The 1st man in the sandwich-making chain told me to make it a meal. I didn’t want chips or a drink, so I said just the sandwich please. The kind young lady told him that she had suggested which sandwich to me, and she had offered me the meal option. I thanked her. The 1st chain sandwich making man RAISED his voice at me telling me I’d made a bad decision not getting the meal. I went to pay, and the card I tried to use had been compromised a couple of weeks earlier and the replacement was declined. No big deal as I had another card. The same man RAISED his voice that because I didn’t TIP I was timed out. Tip? I ordered at the counter then picked up my food at the counter. I used my backup card, didn’t tip, and the SAME guy RAISED HIS VOICE AGAIN that I DIDNT TIP. Everyone in the store now knows too much about me. I almost didn’t eat the sandwich because I was wondering if the man had done something to my food. I didn’t know one way or the other, but the sandwich was good. Everyone else was nice, professional, and efficient. However, on a lunch break from jury duty I wasn’t expecting to be humiliated in Jimmy John’s by a loud-mouthed and angry man. I’m done with thisJimmy John’s, as I’m not going to be called out for not tipping (twice) in front of the entire store. The man obviously has anger issues and I don’t want him touching my food or RAISING HIS VOICE at me again.

If I could give zero stars, I would. All because the service and general common sense is lacking in their delivery service. I am a 7 minute bike ride away, 4 minutes in a car, and I can walk there in about 14 minutes (well within their service area because I have seen people here at The Depot get deliveries here). Then, 40 minutes later I get a call from the driver saying they could not deliver because I was out of their service area (BS). They also did not update the order. The entire time it still showed being prepared. Don't waste your time. Jersey Mikes, which is twice as far away WILL deliver, and they deliver twice as fast.
Then they said it will be 1-3 days for a refund, and they hung up on me when I questioned why it took so long to refund when it was their mistake. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. If this is corporate owned or a franchise, the owner should know how abysmal their store is operating. I will NEVER.... EVER... order another thing from ANY Jimmy Johns. They are officially cancelled at my home.

Order it for delivery. It was good service and quick. Sandwich was pretty good too. Solid place. Spicy Italian is my go to and good sized.

The staff was awesomely friendly and efficient. They were busy and still got me in and out in less than 10 minutes. It's definitely worth a revisit. And another. And another.

i’m a college student and i love this place. it’s relatively cheap for good food and near the campus. i can order ahead and walk over then enjoy my lunch in the sun. everyone is so nice to me and it’s a good atmosphere.

I order from this location numerous times a week when I forget (or am too lazy) to pack a lunch to bring to work.. they are super friendly and their delivery drivers are on point.Sometimes by the time I get off the phone they are delivering less than 5 minutes later. The JJs by my house needs to take note. Food is always good and bread never stale. Just wish they would extend their delivery hours especially on weekends. If you don't call it in before 4pm they can't deliver.
