i’m a college student and i love this place. it’s relatively cheap for good food and near the campus. i can order ahead and walk over then enjoy my lunch in the sun. everyone is so nice to me and it’s a good atmosphere.

I order from this location numerous times a week when I forget (or am too lazy) to pack a lunch to bring to work.. they are super friendly and their delivery drivers are on point.Sometimes by the time I get off the phone they are delivering less than 5 minutes later. The JJs by my house needs to take note. Food is always good and bread never stale. Just wish they would extend their delivery hours especially on weekends. If you don't call it in before 4pm they can't deliver.

I went and made an order to take back to work and the lovely girl behind the counter Jordan was very nice and pleasant. She got my orders done really fast and my coworker and I were very impressed with everything. Thank you Jordan for making it so memorable.
I rarely write poor reviews but this place deserves one star! I show up at 7:30 pm and they are closing at 8:00pm. The server was friendly and service was quick. At the end of the meal I told the employee that my sandwich was old and stale. She said that is to be expected given the time of day. She went on to say that the owner told them to stop making fresh bread by mid afternoon. She said they had a tray of old bread and my sandwich was made from that. So a big question. Jimmy Johns says fresh and fast. The owner should tell corporate that the slogan does not work for him. Also, the amount of meat on the sandwich was small. All in all, poor! Avoid if possible.

I ordered inside the store. My order taker, Michael, was incredibly kind and patient. I think he was a bit new, because he stopped the young lady behind the sandwich making area and asked her a question and I was completely shocked at her behavior. I want to say her name might have been Jordan? She never smiled. She looked so annoyed that she had to stop what she was doing to help Michael (and me, the customer) she then copped an actual attitude when explaining to michael what to do next. He was asking how he could back up because he accidentally hit the wrong button and she said (with the biggest attitude) “You have to CANCEL IT AND START OVER.” and then roller her eyes and walked away. I am shocked that someone would behave like this towards other coworkers and let alone IN FRONT OF A CUSTOMER. She should not be anywhere near face to face interaction and this is not my first time at this location where she has been extremely rude and uninterested in anything. I understand people have bad days, I myself have been in the service industry for over a decade, but would it kill you to smile in front of a customer even if it’s fake. I commend michael for his patience, his smile, his kindness. Recognize him and the long haired gentleman that made my sandwich, he was also very kind and my sandwich was delicious thanks to him. Please have a conversation with the young lady.
