JIMMY JOKES??!!

I stopped by Jimmy John’s today after a girl raved about it, marking only my second visit ever. I ordered a regular roast beef sandwich on wheat bread, hoping for something satisfying on my way home. The total came to $10.06, which already felt steep for a quick sandwich. What I got, though, was a letdown of epic proportions. The roast beef was a paper-thin sliver—barely there, and I didn’t think it was possible to skimp more than Subway does. For that price, I expected substance, not a tease. The wheat bread, I’ll admit, was delicious—soft, fresh, and easily the best part—but it couldn’t save the experience. A sandwich is only as good as its filling, and this one was a ghost of what it could’ve been. I won’t be back. Jimmy John’s might as well rebrand to “Jimmy Jokes” because this was a punchline, not a meal. Huge disappointment.

Despite the chaos that the free sub promo created the team at this location handled it like pros. Food was delicious. Staff was friendly. Hopefully people tipped as I did because they truly deserved it. Well done team! Toasted subs are a hit. My family appreciated the freebie. We were already fans of JJ but this is just the cherry on top. Cheers!

I went yesterday at 3:55pm to get my catering order. It was ready and the girl who retrieved it was very nice and helpful. While she was getting the condiments for me I noticed that the starter Inshopper (in charge of cutting the bread and do mayo, lettuce and tomato) was holding the bread in her palm and cutting towards the inside of her hand. I used to owned a Jimmy John’s and also took the Certified Manager training so I tried to give her a little unsolicited advice. I told her that was the wrong way of cutting the bread because those knives are extremely sharp and the glove doesn’t save you. She said thank you and dismissed me with a “I know what I’m doing”. I couldn’t tell which one was the manager because the other two heard me, starred and said nothing. I hope she doesn’t get hurt. Maybe this store could benefit of a visit from a regional manager that helps with training. I know is hard to get people to want to work these days but the owner should pay more attention to his/her/their store.

They continue to leave items off of our to go orders. We pay a delivery fee as well as tip but have to drive up there anyway to pickup items they leave out. The last time it happened we asked for some sort of accommodations. The MOD was very reluctant to do any thing for us. They kept putting the error on UberEats. We don't use UberEats, Y'ALL use UberEats as your delivery service. After three times its obviously not GrubHub.

we placed an order on website. there was not any place to add, or subtract food from sandwiches. after submitting order, I had to call in and give them the changes, which in my opinion, defeats the purpose of doing it on line. After going in paying, waiting 10 mins, even though sandwich were ready, rude employees didn't tell me the order was ready, AND the order was wrong, even after calling in. I won't go back to this location, TOO many other places to choose from. No reason for rudness. UNACCEPTABLE

Great location. They had great customer service. I even like how the guy that rang up my food asked if my sandwich was ok a few minutes after I sat down. To me, that extra step to make sure the customer was happy, shows they really care about customer service.

Why open a business and refuse to staff it? Take the “sorry, we’re understaffed” sign off your door and pay your employees. Only one person manning the restaurant when I went in.Patronize a better location!

They have their sign up for the new kickin Cajan chicken and told me they aren’t serving it till next week. Also told me there isn’t any more Dijon mustard even though I see it on the self!
