This is a great jimmy johns. For years I really disliked this sandwich shop but I just don’t like cold cut sandwiches. Once they began toasting subs, I can’t help but go almost twice a week. This location is a 10 second walk from my work so I’m able to go a lot and they’ve only messed up my sandwich one time. The crew is dope as hell. They’re nice and friendly every time. My main point is the pricing. I only get 1 sandwich with extra meat and I don’t even pay 12 dollars. I’m full from 12 dollars in 2025. I love this location and I love the staff.

If I could give negative stars I would. Three employees here only one is running the register and the line. The other two are in back doing inventory. Periodically checking and not helping. Been here for about 20 minutes and still no food.......

Food is a typical Jimmy John’s sandwich, can’t be mad about that. Came in around 11:30 on a Saturday and wasn’t even greeted. No hello, no welcome in, silence and two people rushing from the back to the front. They’ve been open since 10 and didn’t even the drawer ready. Tried to be nice at first and ask how they were and was not even spoken to. Was handed my food with no words and not spoken to one single time except when I made conversation. Very unpleasant customer service experience.

If I could give zero starts I would! I walked in knowing what I wanted.

I wanted the club lulu (promoted as toasted) TOASTED!

and the ultimate Italian (promoted as toasted) but I wanted it NOT TOASTED!

The employee told me that I wasn’t allowed to not have my sandwich toasted because that’s how it’s promoted and that’s not allowed.

she then proceeds to tell me that I can have the Italian night club because it’s the same thing. Well… they are not the same sandwich and neither sandwich was toasted when I left.

So you mean to tell me that certain sandwiches that are promoted toasted are allowed to not be toasted and others aren’t? I’m so confused

This is the only Jimmy John’s that I have ever experienced this. I should’ve read the reviews before going to location… bad customer service is at an all time high! It was her attitude that made a huge impact.

Shoutout to the man working today (7/11/25 4:30 PM). I didn't get his name but he recognized that my experience was not great up to this point and was proactive about making it better. I love to see employees take it upon themselves to make sure customers are taken care of. Solid employee. My sandwich was also made to perfect.

I go ONLY if necessary. I'm all for supporting businesses, but the staff is unfriendly. The employee who took my order took the order until she finished the talk with coworker; they knew i was standing ready to order. In my experience, its been consistent, the staff lacks good customer manners and personal cleanliness.

We usually come to this jimmy johns and Taniyah was so rude and we had got 3 sandwiches, 2 chips and she just handed them to me with NO bag then saw me struggle to hold all 3 of them then offered me a bag then then dropped the bag on the floor while i was trying to get the bag NO Patience Horrible service.

I know times are tough, but I have 3 strikes for this location. I gave 3 chances because it was a JJ location I used to like very much and go to many times a while back like more than 3 years ago. I normally don't give 3 chances for little things. When we pay for add ons, there is an expectation that the 1. ingredients are it - had 2 cucumbers only on it 2. The existing ingredients do not need to be reduced - had 2 tomatoes only on my full sandwich. 3. The sandwich only had 3 hot peppers on it as well. 4. Sandwich does not taste fresh for some odd reason - is it that it is reheated or old bread, old ham, or old turkey? I don't usually count my ingredients but since they were countable and / or missing totally, I thought I would write. A review and let you all know this doesn't represent the JJ I had back in 2016-2018. Also, service and employees can a bit friendlier in all areas. Thank you.

Cashier rang up my food with plastic gloves on, then attempted to make my sandwich without changing gloves. If that wasn’t bad enough, after asking if I wanted everything on my sandwich, she still left off the mayo! Never again…

The girls working behind the counter that day (5/18/25) did not say hello, did not say a single word to me the entire time I was in the shop. It was strange. I wouldn't want to come back because of the experience, that's for sure.

I rarely write reviews unless I feel it’s truly necessary. I’ve been a loyal Jimmy John’s customer for six years and even worked at a location for over two years, so I’m familiar with the operations. Unfortunately, this particular location consistently struggles with order accuracy.

I understand mistakes can happen during busy hours, but I intentionally place my orders during slower times, and yet my sandwiches often have missing or incorrect ingredients. It appears that the sandwich makers don’t always follow the receipt fully — I’ve even witnessed certain items being skipped over firsthand.

This has happened too many times now. I’ve come to trust the managers to make my sandwiches correctly more than the rest of the staff. Most customers, including myself, don’t have the time or energy to call or return over small errors, so they go unreported.

I’m still giving 3 stars because I genuinely like Jimmy John’s, and I believe this issue is fixable. Please emphasize greater attention to accuracy during sandwich preparation. Thank you!
