Ordered a party box of 18 sandwiches and all the turkey sandwiches had 1 slice of turkey. Spent $50 to be skimped on meat, you’re better off making your own sandwiches smh.

I love that they offer the unwiched version of any sandwich here! It makes it easier for people who are on restricted diets to actually have options when they need to grab something quick to eat. The service was great, and my unwich was amazing!

Food is always good, but I ordered an hour ago for it to be delivered at the Homewood Suites. It's literally 4 minutes away. I didn't drive because I work with a crew. Foreman has the truck, and I'm flying home in the next 2 hours as I write this. I can honestly say this will be my last time ordering from this location. I love JJ and their food, but freaky fast delivery was an ultimate letdown for this location

We all love JJ, but I went through the drive-thru about 15 mins after it opened and ordered a giant Slim #5 for my kids. They both complained about the meat tasting a bit rancid. Lesson learned: Wait a bit longer for them to clear out yesterday's meats?

If a customer orders a giant sub (16”), why wouldn’t you cut it in half?! Either ask if they want it cut or assume they do. Why would assume that someone doesn’t want thier sandwich cut?! I had this happen to me twice now and it’s mind boggling

This morning, we ordered sandwiches online from Jimmy John's. Although the order was freaky fast, it was NOT freaky accurate. We asked for onions on the Club Lulu. And unless they're invisible onions, they were not on the sandwich. When we called back about the error in our order, Courtney did not seem interested in making it right. Courtney even indicated that she made the sandwich herself and she put the onions on there herself. Again, maybe they're invisible but I don't see or taste them. I would've liked for Courtney to be a bit more concerned about the mistake as opposed to getting defensive about their mistake.
