This morning, we ordered sandwiches online from Jimmy John's. Although the order was freaky fast, it was NOT freaky accurate. We asked for onions on the Club Lulu. And unless they're invisible onions, they were not on the sandwich. When we called back about the error in our order, Courtney did not seem interested in making it right. Courtney even indicated that she made the sandwich herself and she put the onions on there herself. Again, maybe they're invisible but I don't see or taste them. I would've liked for Courtney to be a bit more concerned about the mistake as opposed to getting defensive about their mistake.

I normally love Jimmy John’s! I did a delivery of a Turkey Tom and it was definitely lacking meat. I’ve never had that happen but this is the first time getting an order from this store. I’m also seeing this store’s rating after the fact so I will definitely do my due diligence next time.

Normally love jimmy John's but stopped over here day after Thanksgiving for two sandwiches. Road-tripped through the town on our way to pick out a puppy for my son. Great joyous trip was dampened by the bigger white lady working here, I'm not sure if she the store manager. I asked for peppers on the side since my son can't take the peppers spiciness. I asked for extra mayonnaise and one extra side of peppers before we hit the road. This woman's level of stinginess was Grinch level. She said I could only have one since there was "double portion in one" and would be charging for the second. I asked why since I was having two sandwiches. She proceeded to argue with me when I said no other location has ever charged me but happily gave me another with a great service attitude. She went on to say "Well we are a franchise.." WELL ITS NO WONDER YOUR FRANCHISE HAS HORRIBLE REVIEWS.Avoid this one and drive a few minutes extra to avoid grinch like service this Christmas.Sure wish I had more peppers to finish my sandwich in style. Ps: she offered after I said she was sure being stingy. I declined. Keep your peppers, change your service mindset or lose more business $$$

My Vito sandwich was absolutely SLATHERED with mayo, on both pieces of bread, and there is not supposed to be mayo on the Vito. I also double checked and I did not add mayo on accident on the order. It’s almost inedible with this amount of mayo. And there shouldn’t be any to begin with…

Most ghetto jimmy johns pick up ever; some 40 year old guy who was working had no gloves on and was touching every thing from the bread to the lettuce.... I asked for a refund and the lady stated that is not possible, so then I asked would she eat a sandwich made by a gross dude with sweaty hands????? 2 people standing around, not doing anything... Took 35 minutes as well... no point in tipping when the service is this terrible. Save your money, friends.

I normally shop at this store about once a week. On this occasion when I walked in all of the employees were sitting in the seats and not behind the counter. I ordered and the sandwich was made incorrectly and I had to give it back to be corrected. When I got home the sandwich made me ill. I have tried for the past 2-3 weeks to reach out personally to the owner talk about the experience but I am always told he is not available. Unfortunately, not a good experience at all.

The staff here is wonderful, always smiling, laughing and enjoying there work, they put customers first even if that means stopping a cleaning project halfway through climbing down a ladder lolol. They take care to make sure the store being fast food, still stays clean as possible.

Usually, I order on the app (They always look angry at the store, so i don't like going). I wish it would tell you that they're closed before you pay. I waited an hour before I realized. There is no way to cancel. Now, I guess I'm getting a meal at 10 am tomorrow that I won't want and have to pay for it. Very disappointing.
