I see so many bad reviews of this place but I’m so confused! This was my first time at this location and it couldn’t have been better. The service was so quick and polite. Now, I’m not one to write reviews but this sandwich was the best I’ve ever had from Jimmy John’s- ANY location. Hands down the best! I get an unwich every time and 98% of the time they just throw the stuff together and call it a sandwich. My sandwich was so neat and perfect this time around. The experience was so good I genuinely stopped me in my tracks to write this review. 10/10 WILL BE BACK.

The young blonde female you had working up front tdy through my sandwiches around cut it like she was a psycho now I didn’t come get the sandwich it was my grandma which was real disrespectful I will be up there tmr getting the same thing hopefully she got a different attitude if not I don’t mind spending a few hours checking in

Ordered through the Mobile app for delivery, order came without the drink I payed for. Sandwich was made wrong (simple customization, adding/removing items from sub), the bread was hard to chew through. Called the store about my drink, they apologized and said they would send their driver back out once they got to the store. I never received the drink I payed for. Much better places in the area for not only Sandwiches but also service.

I ordered a pick up order 45 minutes before I arrived and when I arrived it said the order had been received, when I walked in to pick it up they had not even pulled the receipt for it.
Ordered a sandwich. Specifically, asked for no onions. Watched the server make the sandwich with onions. Wasn’t sure if it was my order. Inspected order and unwrapped sandwich prior to leaving. Onions aren’t the end of world, so I picked them out and threw them away. Asked the server to next time. Read the receipt they post with them ingredients to NO Onions. He couldn’t be bothered to apologize, agree, or care. All in the presence of management. Who couldn’t care either. I will no longer visit location.
