I see so many bad reviews of this place but I’m so confused! This was my first time at this location and it couldn’t have been better. The service was so quick and polite. Now, I’m not one to write reviews but this sandwich was the best I’ve ever had from Jimmy John’s- ANY location. Hands down the best! Ate here the other day, service was very fast and the food was good. However it made me uncomfortable that the payment system prompted me for a tip and there was no default zero percent option. You have to go through a few steps to opt out of tipping.

Ring the doorbell, knock on the door, give a call, idk... let people know when you are dropping off food next time. Especially in Texas when it's gonna be 100+ degrees and there's freaking mayo on the sandwich. Also, if you are out of bread, maybe don't take people's money, offer to reimburse them, then don't? Idk food for thought.
