young african american worker, very rude yesterday just before closing he was talking back at me, almost refuse to toast my pepe sandwitch claims they don't do that, I always get my sandwitch toast with out any problems. I ask for.him to put my two orders in sepataye baga he roll his eyes and said something to ofdend me but I couldn't undertand. this happend.Sunday June 29 just before closing tall skinny african american young man... sad he didn't even provide his name. never again will I go there.Zero customer service.

The worst Jimmy John’s in DFW. I work with an organization that often provides lunch for teachers. I do this on a weekly basis. And this location is just absolute garbage. It starts the minute they answer the phone. They are rude. I told them I was placing the order for the school and will bring my tax exempt form. Upon arrival I offered one of the workers the tax exempt form and they refused the form and informed me that the taxes have already been removed and there was no need for the form. I was in a rush so I paid and left. After inspecting the receipt the next day, I saw that taxes were charged. I contacted Jimmy John’s and the guy who answered the phone told me there was nothing that could be done because I didn’t call same day. A colleague of mine had a similar situation at another Jimmy John’s and they gave them a gift card to go towards another purchase. I thought how smart and customer friendly. And then lastly the teachers complained that there was no meat on most of the sandwiches. Really sucky franchise. I will go to the Jimmy John’s I’m Grapevine before doing any business with this location of Jimmy John’s.

I called regarding my order being incorrect after already being treated rudely by the girl with pink hair doin to gos .. then I call and she hangs up and blocks me because I asked to speak with a manager I wasn’t even goin to write this but I have never been treated so poorly .. we never go back to Jimmy John’s and we always order for our office this is sad and very unprofessional !

Joquanna was working as cashier 3/6/25. Our receipt was thrown away because we were not told to keep it to have a number. When we asked for a new print of it, she had attitude and shaking her head as if it was a big inconvenience. Customer service here needs correction.

Came in and 4 people were sitting waiting on food. Big white guy with dreads was in the back somewhere...the older guy with glasses was the only one working. The atmosphere was a bit tense even with vibe music. He finally came out to help when the older guy yelled for him by then there was like 8-10 customers and sandwiches waiting to be made. They both seemed nice, but it seemed like the older guy was on his own. Sad.

Dietary restrictions: Great they have a lettuce wrap for us gluten freers.

I really enjoy Jimmy John’s but I had a bad experience with the customer service. I ordered online and there was some sort of glitch in the system so it took my payment but never submitted my order. I let Matthew, the staff member know what happened and showed him the completed payment on Apple Pay. He told me I needed to dispute it with the bank and still pay for the sandwich I had already paid for. I ordered another sandwich and paid again and requested a manager. He told me that he was the manager on site. There was no customer service at all. He could clearly see the order I made on the app, the amount it totaled to and the amount that was charged on my Apple Pay that showed the date and time the payment was made which was about 10 minutes prior. It would have been simple enough to honor the payment that he could see was made and just make the sandwich but instead I had to pay almost 30 dollars for 1 sandwich because I paid twice and have to go through the dispute process with my bank.

Loud to the point I couldn't hear the woman taking my order and horrible over priced for a sandwich ?. It cost almost $30 for 2 sandwiches drinks and chip meals. Seriously overpriced
