This is the reason I stopped going to this location. It’s run by kids who are downright lazy. This is what my sandwich looked like when I opened it up to put chips on it. DONT GO TO THIS JIMMY JOHNS SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO EATZIS. They have sandwiches for $12 and are way better/legit sub sandwich. This is ridiculous that a turkey and cheese sandwich looks like this. The only person who is good is the owner, the kids who work there are spiteful and pray on college kids like me

Great food but I order only from the mobile app, and I literally can't order food from there with my debit card and no other place has issues with it, so that leads me to believe that the app is absolute garbage.

Online and sign posted on the door say they close at 9. we get there right before 8 and it’s closed. change your hours online and on the door if you are going to be closing earlier than posted.
Bread was really hard and just very disappointing overall. I love jimmy johns but this location isn’t it. Spent over 30$ and not worth it

I placed a delivery order and did not get my food until one hour and 3 minutes later. I have had 20 different Jimmy John's deliver to me in 4 states and no one ever took more than 35 minutes. Average is maybe 20 minutes.I called at the 40 minute mark to politely inquire about the status of my order and a woman rudely tells me that it's "probably" on its way without asking for any information such as my name, order details, etc. Weird.They get two stars because when the delivery man finally came, he had a sense of urgency and apologized for the delay. Oh, and they did make both sandwiches correctly, including adding onions and basil to one. Not ordering from this location again.
