Jimmy john’s is always the way to go but I must say the workers here were very pleasant. Patrick was very friendly and personable. I hope the owner knows what a great contributor he is to the company. 5 stars.

Yo! Just seen the owner of this location call the police on a customer because they rightfully wanted their money back for poor quality food. They were entitled to the refund because they didn’t leave with any product. From my understanding, the people messed up the order more than once and the customer didn’t want it any longer after they once again tried to give the customer what they wanted them to have. Long story short, the owner pulls up and starts getting belligerent with the customer. He’s clearly the aggressor but calls the police on the girl 😵💫 craziest thing I have ever seen but this is camp Bowie and I would suggest anyone to avoid this location. Hope the girl gets her money back one way or another though.

Despicable location. Almost $10 for pet food. The sandwich was so freaking small, the toppings were nearly absent and they completely botched my order and now they’re closed. They really should be ashamed of themselves and I should’ve checked the rating and reviews like I normally do because a 3 star restaurant would have NEVER seen my money. I already reported it online and I want my money back!

I hadn’t eaten at JJ in a few years, used to be an actual sandwich. Talked it up to my son and we decided to get a pick up order. So disappointing and pissed…I guess I should have just went to Subway… this is a $9 sandwich…
I’ve gone to this Jimmy Johns a few times and the employees have been the most kind staff I’ve encountered. They go above and beyond! I think about their kindness for the rest of the day!

I just left this restaurant. I was given excellent customer service. The manager was very patient with me as I went through the menu. He was training a new employee who made a delicious looking sandwich.I don't eat at Jimmy John's often, but given their customer service I will definitely be back. Can't wait to get home to eat.
Parking: Plenty of parking and handicap spaces are close to the front door.

Freaky fast no more! Took an hour to get my food. They sent it via an Uber driver and they didn't even bother to seal the bag to keep my food safe from these strangers. My food was reportedly in this strangers car for over 30 minutes while they made multiple stops. Not ok. No thank you Jimmy I'm done with yall
