I just left this restaurant. I was given excellent customer service. The manager was very patient with me as I went through the menu. He was training a new employee who made a delicious looking sandwich.I don't eat at Jimmy John's often, but given their customer service I will definitely be back. Can't wait to get home to eat.
Parking: Plenty of parking and handicap spaces are close to the front door.

Freaky fast no more! Took an hour to get my food. They sent it via an Uber driver and they didn't even bother to seal the bag to keep my food safe from these strangers. My food was reportedly in this strangers car for over 30 minutes while they made multiple stops. Not ok. No thank you Jimmy I'm done with yall

My mobile orders have always been wrong. Sandwich is never cut in half, ingredients missing or wrong, wrong sandwich all together. Managers don't care, neither does JJs corporate. Done with this store.

This is my favorite JJ's! I work close by and some days can't get away for lunch so I go on line and order on the app. You get rewards for using it and a text showing the status. If they are ever running late they give me a call. Great customer service. Today I got a free oatmeal raisin cookie.

UPDATE: gave them another try and it was exceptional! Everybody has off days and am glad they chose to make it right!Placed an order for delivery a litte after 2 pm on 2/25/24 and this wasn't the greatest . My food wasn't jimmy johns standards. The bread tasted like it was old and I definitely didn't get extra mayo or sauce as requested. Have been craving a JJs sub but this just wasn't it. Will try again and hopefully it'll be better next time.
