This is crazy, placed a delivery order at 7:20pm 45 minutes later my food was delivered ( I live 1 mile away) upon opening my sandwich I find that there is only lettuce and tomato, no meat, no peppers nothing. I call the store and let them know, I was then told it would be best if I drive to the store to fix the issue. When I arrived at the store I was asked to be patient waiting for my replacement food as they don’t have bread and we’re just now putting in the oven. It is now 8:40 pm and I am still waiting. This would have never been acceptable when I worked for Jimmy John’s ( edited to add that it is now 8:50 and after watching other orders go out I finally have my order.)

I usually like this location, but today I had a bad experience.
Ordered a toasted sub for pick up today. They are toasting subs with the fresh ingredients on them. Who wants hot pickles and hot lettuce? Is it not common sense to put them on afterward??
Also I ordered oregano and it looked like the oregano shaker spilled. ALL the oregano. It was weird.
I have ordered online for pick up many times from this store and have never been asked to sign the receipt for tip. I was asked to sign the receipt. Seems like they are looking for tips. Odd when they are not doing anything extra for online orders.

I placed an order through their app. Brianna the manager claimed she was closed 9/17 on a Sunday at 8:30. The app said they were open, their hours said they were open, yet couldn’t fulfill the order. I was told it would be a week to get my refund. So glad it was handled so well.

This review is for our visit on Monday, June 30th, 2025. The gal working was the only staff there around 8PM, and had the best attitude and customer service! The sandwiches we ordered were probably the best we’ve had at any JJ location and this location is super clean. Hire more employees like this young lady please!

Update: The restaurant apparently called me. The only reason I know is because I searched their number on Google. No voicemail. Not to mention, in my feedback form I requested they make contact via email and NOT phone. They are just as bad at communicating as they are making sandwiches.
LOL my sandwich was so bad it’s laughable. This location must be going through something. I just paid $15 for some bread and pickles that was ✨seasoned ✨ with tuna.

Great experience. Sandwich was great and the customer service was above and beyond. You don't find that everywhere and it was a pleasant experience

I have no complaints on my sandwich but when I ordered the person taking my order kept telling me what they can’t do like toast my sandwich because it was a little sandwich. He wrapped up my sandwich and handed to me saying “here you go”….fine. However, two more people entered and they were treated different. The same gentleman that took my order brought their sandwiches to the customers to their table and even offered napkins. I do not care i can get up and get my own food my own napkins but os about treating EVERY SINGLE customer the same. Will not go back.
Our delivery person is always prompt. He works hard to make sure people get their orders quickly. Thank you!

As someone who frequents JJ’s, this is consistently the worst location without a doubt. We have given this location multiple opportunities but every experience is just as disappointing as the last. Everything from doughy/undercooked/cold bread to being given a sandwich with a singular meat slice that didn’t even cover half the bread. Would avoid at all costs.

This has got the be the absolute worst store this franchise has. I ordered 4 sandwiches and all 4 looked like they were made by Helen Keller. Please shut this place down, or hire new staff.
Not a single sandwich had a normal portion of anything, and on one, there was only a sliver of turkey less than the size of a quarter. Definitely NOT worth the price.

Restaurantji Recommends
14.33 cents for a turkey sandwich same meal at subway 12.65 and they put more meat and don't charge for the cheese
Rude employees definitely can tell they didn’t want to be there .. also a lot of ingredients were missing from our sandwiches I been twice and got the same experience will not be returning to this location
The staff are great here, the night guy is always super friendly and quick
It’s been so hot in the store the last few times I’ve been in, I’ve been taking my food to go because of it

You literally have one employee working this location on a Sunday. I'm watching her struggle between taking orders both at the counter, on the phone, making the orders, taking time to use the bathroom. This is unacceptable working conditions for your employee. Franchise owner needs to sale the location to a responsible owner.
