This review is for our visit on Monday, June 30th, 2025. The gal working was the only staff there around 8PM, and had the best attitude and customer service! The sandwiches we ordered were probably the best we’ve had at any JJ location and this location is super clean. Hire more employees like this young lady please!

Update: The restaurant apparently called me. The only reason I know is because I searched their number on Google. No voicemail. Not to mention, in my feedback form I requested they make contact via email and NOT phone. They are just as bad at communicating as they are making sandwiches.
LOL my sandwich was so bad it’s laughable. This location must be going through something. I just paid $15 for some bread and pickles that was ✨seasoned ✨ with tuna.

Great experience. Sandwich was great and the customer service was above and beyond. You don't find that everywhere and it was a pleasant experience

I have no complaints on my sandwich but when I ordered the person taking my order kept telling me what they can’t do like toast my sandwich because it was a little sandwich. He wrapped up my sandwich and handed to me saying “here you go”….fine. However, two more people entered and they were treated different. The same gentleman that took my order brought their sandwiches to the customers to their table and even offered napkins. I do not care i can get up and get my own food my own napkins but os about treating EVERY SINGLE customer the same. Will not go back.
Our delivery person is always prompt. He works hard to make sure people get their orders quickly. Thank you!

As someone who frequents JJ’s, this is consistently the worst location without a doubt. We have given this location multiple opportunities but every experience is just as disappointing as the last. Everything from doughy/undercooked/cold bread to being given a sandwich with a singular meat slice that didn’t even cover half the bread. Would avoid at all costs.

This has got the be the absolute worst store this franchise has. I ordered 4 sandwiches and all 4 looked like they were made by Helen Keller. Please shut this place down, or hire new staff.
Not a single sandwich had a normal portion of anything, and on one, there was only a sliver of turkey less than the size of a quarter. Definitely NOT worth the price.

14.33 cents for a turkey sandwich same meal at subway 12.65 and they put more meat and don't charge for the cheese
Rude employees definitely can tell they didn’t want to be there .. also a lot of ingredients were missing from our sandwiches I been twice and got the same experience will not be returning to this location
The staff are great here, the night guy is always super friendly and quick
It’s been so hot in the store the last few times I’ve been in, I’ve been taking my food to go because of it

You literally have one employee working this location on a Sunday. I'm watching her struggle between taking orders both at the counter, on the phone, making the orders, taking time to use the bathroom. This is unacceptable working conditions for your employee. Franchise owner needs to sale the location to a responsible owner.

Came in on a hot summer day with and infant and toddler. It was nice and cold inside at 5 pm. The worker was very kind and even helped me open the door when I left. Awesome food quality and service. I only give it 4 stars because no changing table. Jimmy Johns do better, people got families.

Ordered the #4 and #7. Got less meat than cheese on both- looks like the #4 came out with a single slice of turkey. The #4 was also missing the tomatoes. Typically I wouldn't mind being skimped enough to leave a review, I think kitchen was even working on a catering order. What really told me this is a bad location is that the cashier turned to the line after we ordered and said "they basically got free sandwiches," with a frown, while pointing at our receipt. While we were still standing at the register… Her negative attitude told me never to come back.

SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN! PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION CAMPBOWIE IS BETTER: This location is ghetto, uncouth, and has the scum of the earth customer service! I’ve been treated better at Taco Bell! I also told some of my work colleagues to avoid coming here! I ordered a lettuce wrap and it took the 3 tries to make it on the second try some of the chicken dropped out and she being the Caucasian woman with the blue eyeliner (grumpy cat meme) that acts just likes she looks guttersnipe and for the streets. I was pleasant to her and she must’ve been upset because I came in looking nice and I told her due to the chicken dropping on the counter where they wrap the sandwich’s that I didn’t want that wrap she got mad and lied like it dropped on the part where they make the sandwich’s )because of how uncouth she is she tried to pick the chicken up and put it back in the wrap that’s when she lost it. I told her I was not trying to be mean or jump on her and that’s when she said oh I know I would give it right back… ok rude but then she didn’t even bag my stuff and the wrap was horrible she said I could bag my own stuff and got argumentative when I told her the last time I came my wrap was bagged! I said but you bagged everyone else’s stuff and she argued when did you see me bag anyone else’s stuff I pointed to the bag on the counter she rudely replied that’s for door dash or whatever she said. I can’t help that she works for JJ but if it’s too hard find something else to do it’s not this! She gave really grumpy cat vibes with 80s blue liner around her eyes…. Girl bye seek help I had to throw my lunch away my mind told me to go to the Campbowie location this is my 3rd time 2nd time coming to this location and never again. Her attitude is really ugly and it’s giving she regrets her life choices no one told you to work at JJs after 42 years( and you still don’t know how to make a lettuce wrap pathetic) she could’ve picked where she wanted to work! Nothing I asked for was unreasonable the lettuce wrap is on the menu be mad at JJs not me and she is lucky I didn’t act up more there were kids and I am not ghetto and lack home training like she does! Ghetto Guttersnip she is so bitter and nasty it shows all over her face and actions. Shout out to the lady with the pink hair she was so sweet!
