Never got my sandwich!!!! Waited an hour, called and they said it was out for delivery. Waited 30 more minutes, still nothing. Called again, they said “oh, he just left with your order.” I told them if it isn’t here in 30 minutes I no longer want it. They never showed up or contacted me but did refund the money, which is basically stating “we don’t want to bring your food here’s a refund instead.”

It was my first visit to JJ after a long time. Went to this restaurant and tried to order the #6 Veggie sub, the young boy in the counter didn’t understand what I was saying and had to open the website and show it. He asked do you need all? I thought all means it will have all the items but none of them were there. Just had lettuce cheese and tomato slices. It was bland and salty. On top of it I got a hair in the food. It was not mine since I shave my head. The taste of avocado was very bitter and never tasted such in my life. It was a waste of money.

Freaky Fast? HELL NO. This location is total trash. It doesn't matter when you order expect to be waiting forever for a cold sub. Also what little interaction I've had with the staff wasn't pleasant. Just all around the worst JJ locations I've ever experienced.

This is my #3 with extra Cucumbers, nit only does this hardly look like regular Cucumbers but nearly 1/2 of it had no tuna at all and 1/4 of the half that does is missing it as well. This is just sad...

This location used to be great all around. Imagine walking in to a sandwich place and it having no bread but nobody communicates to you. The cashier was clueless, the sandwich maker felt the need to annunciate to ME, with attitude mind you, that she could only make a regular sandwich . She never communicated that over to the cashier so the cashier kept up with her scrip. What seemed to be the manager finally explained that there was no bread. I had to ask why we could use the whole grain bread and then they were able to proceed taking the order. When I opened my sandwich the bread was deformed and smashed. I could almost see the finger prints. It was disgusting. The guy/manager saw my reaction and slowly turned around. I saw you Sir, you saw me. We know that sandwich was messed up. The entire crew lacks experience, they don’t communicate with each-other and the customer gets what they get.

I ordered through DoorDash on a Friday evening around 820. I am from out of town so looked up the closest sandwich place, which was JJ. Google said the restaurant closed at 9pm, so I made my order. I received the text notification that verifies that the restaurant confirmed my order. I even received a text saying my order was on the way. It never came. I called the restaurant (930pm) and was greeted by a woman. She then tells me the restaurant has been closed for an hour, that they closed at 8. I’ve been sick for a few days and a sandwich was the only thing that sounded good. Please change your times on Google or hire employees who don’t close your restaurant early!

I received a free sandwich card two day before coming to this location to redeem it. When I get there they said that they are no longer accepting the card. It has an expiration date of next year. How can you give out cards 2 days ago and change your mind that you don't want to do it anymore. False advertisement and rude employees. AVOID THIS LYING BUSINESS!

Slowest jimmy John’s on earth I’m here for 30 minutes waiting on 1 sand which. Never coming back here again.Had to jus get a refund and leave I have no idea how it’s possible that they couldn’t make my one sandwich in 30 minutes. Everyone here must be an inbred.

DONT EAT HERE. RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL I went in for an interview and the older lady was very rude and told another worker, if she isn’t applying for an assistant manager she can leave. After I showed up 20 minutes early and I have experience as a manager so if it would have been presented correctly I probably would have mentioned my experience to her but I didn’t even get a chance. Also I got a text about the interview at 6:30 am and there was no name or anything just “can you come in for an interview tomorrow” no name. No location and she didn’t confirm the time either. I’m sick of these jobs being able to treat you any kind of way when I have GREAT customer service and I would NEVER. THIS ESTABLISHMENT LITERALLY HAD SOMEONE TEXT ME TALKING MESS TO MY PHONE THIS MORNING BEHIND THIS REVIEW. IM LEAVING IT UP.
