Came in and in a hurry!! These two dudes were slammed had orders going crazy!! I gave them an order that was LARGE! They not only knocked out all of those orders and my big order super fast and on the money. Didn’t miss a thing and I gave them extras on this sandwich and that sandwich and they still knocked it out 100% thanks again Steve and Zach y’all are awesome!

I don’t understand how it needs two people to take an order for a two meat and cheese sandwiches. The amount of time it took for them to even understand was wild. We said in all different ways we did not want dressing or veggies yet they could not comprehend this and then continued to ask while making the food.

Always cheerful and helpful. They do have an unwich which they will happily prepare gluten free, but you should be aware that it is not certified for gluten free and you must give direction to ensure the unwich is prepared safely.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I ordered not once but twice from here today and both my orders were completely wrong. Workers didn’t care and offered me literally nothing.

This was one of the most uncomfortable and disgusting experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The staff at this Jimmy John’s clearly don’t care about hygiene, respect, or customer service. I watched them refuse to change their gloves between tasks, then act nasty and rude when I asked for clean handling of my food. That’s basic food safety — not a favor.

When I asked for a refund, they gave me attitude and acted like I was the problem for not wanting to eat something prepared so carelessly. It was clear they had no intention of doing the right thing and instead made me feel completely unwelcome and disrespected.

Jimmy John’s — if this is how your staff treats paying customers, you’ve lost my business forever. I’d rather go hungry than ever walk back into that location again. Disgusting behavior, unsafe practices, and total lack of accountability.

Visited 7-13-25 around 2:30pm Waited almost 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches in drive thru. Ended up leaving after the cars behind me left. Someone could have at least come by and apologized for the wait. They must have been short staffed. They must have some pretty sorry leadership if they aren’t in there supporting their team and preventing the terrible service that I experienced today. I ended up going to Jersey Mikes and had a very pleasant experience there. Paid less too.

This is the second time I’ve tried this location and been highly disappointed. The first time I ordered from Uber and I I got hardly any meat on my sandwich and they didn’t add mustard. It was fine I guess but I was disappointed it a mostly lettuce sandwich. Then today my husband and I decided to do a curbside order. We placed it online and he drove that way. First my husband sat at the curbside spot for so long that he had to go inside and they hadn’t even started our order. They weren’t busy at all and one of the employees was just texting on their phone. Then he gets home and his sandwich is fine, mine however was NOT fine. I got the Porker which is ham and bacon as the meat….. it had not a single slice of ham on it. 2 slices of bacon. No other meat. Just lettuce, tomato and cheese ( that I added) and mayo. They forgot the mustard again and I had basically no meat. I was so hungry I had to get deli meat from my own fridge just so I had something to eat other than a lettuce sandwich. Needless to say go somewhere else. Go to a different location. This location can’t seem to get a single order correct. Read the other reviews and you’ll see this is a recurring issue.

Waiting 10+ minutes for two sandwiches in the drive thru is ridiculous. There was no one else in the drive thru line. The worker didn’t apologize. I asked the worker what was up and he said they had a big catering order. So clearly this location is poorly managed bc if you bs ending orders, you should add additional staff that day to finish the order. And our sandwiches were both wrong. Asked for no onions and there were onions.
