Went for lunch today. Went inside, nobody greeted me, nobody was smiling! I ordered my usual #16 club lulu. I was 3rd waiting for them to call my number 22. They handed me my sandwich. I stated it was to go! They said there's the bag grab one. Not, "OK let me bag that up for thank you for you business" or anything, just there's a bag! If I'm paying you 14 something for a number 16 I expect you to to bag it up for me and thank me with a smile. Get your people right!!

I got there at 10:30am when they open. Someone was as at the drive thru waiting to order. The doors were locked and employees ignored me. Someone came after I knocked and said they don’t open till 11 because they were running behind. I’ll never come back here again.

Ordered from the Burleson Location's Parking Lot (Run! Do not order from here...) after waiting 45 minutes for them to say that they were out bread- and our order was ready to go. Employees had a smiles on their faces and were pleasant to interact with! We have been to this location a few times with zero issues. Will be making this location our new go-to Jimmy John's!

This afternoon someone FRAUDULENT Charged my Credit Card for ATT Dallas TX Twice amount of $790 and Hotel Booking in NYC NY for the amount of $258. NEVER AGAIN!! Store was very courteous toward my 30 minute arrival before closing, my BILLY CLUB tastes great too. 1st visit I’ll give it another shot in the future to see if this was a fluke or not.
SPECIAL SHOUTOUT TO THE SOUTH FREEWAY MANAGERS AKA THE LATE NIGHT JIMMY CREW! These guys were not only super nice and helpful, but they did it all while dealing with me -- the most annoying customer ever— AND they did it all right before closing time, AND all with a smile and helped me get it all right! These guys EVEN walked me thru some stuff on the app - ALL WHILE STILL CLOSING! Like…..whaaaaaat??? I mean I have always loved Jimmy John’s, but these closers on SOUTH FWY really went above and beyond! **Spectacular** customer service and great attitudes- I will definitely be returning for another awesome Jimmy John’s experience! Thanks again guys! Oh - and the sandwiches were absolutely sublime!!!! 100% YUM!!!

I ordered the new Caprese Salami Pesto sandwich via UberEats & it was insanely DELICIOUS!!! This sandwich, was made to perfection & tasted even better! All of the flavors combined are just superb & I really hope they make this a permanent fixture on their menu because, it deserves to be!!! So yummy!!! Sorry, no pics because I pretty much inhaled it LOL

Disappointed. Ordered a Vito on sliced bread. Tipped the servers for good service. Asked to pay for an additional couple of slices of bread and they would not sell them to me I'll probably be switching to JERSEY MIKES. #

Worst customer service ever. Orders don't get delivered because they never have drivers. Rude woman at the store told me to use Uber Eats or Doordash. Thanks for that info. I'll definitely inform all the customers at my property NOT to order from Jimmy John's if they actually want to get food!
