Jimmy John's is always so stingy with their toppings. This chicken bacon ranch sandwich is quite depressing. Now I remember why I stopped going here.

Ordered a chicken grilled sub, with light mayo. I repeated myself 3 times & even turned off my car in the drive thru so he could hear me clearly. I was cut off while trying to repeat myself & when I called to speak to the manger, he was rude and once again cut me off. Apparently he’s the one who had taken my order & tried to correct me. He insisted that I didn’t say light mayo and instead said light lettuce. Sorry but never argue your customers. I’m pretty sure I know what I asked for since I’ve been here plenty of times. Once done expressing my frustration, he said “ok” in a dismissive way. Definitely never going again. As a pregnant woman in her first trimester who can hardly eat right now, this experience completely ruined my night.

I love Jimmy John’s. Sandwiches are great…but you get an even better experience when the customer service is A1. At this particular location, employees Nate, and Diego are top notch employees. They go above and beyond to satisfy their customers needs. Very much appreciated. Get these fellas a raise asap! I will be back again and again! Keep up the good work fellas!

Went for lunch today. Went inside, nobody greeted me, nobody was smiling! I ordered my usual #16 club lulu. I was 3rd waiting for them to call my number 22. They handed me my sandwich. I stated it was to go! They said there's the bag grab one. Not, "OK let me bag that up for thank you for you business" or anything, just there's a bag! If I'm paying you 14 something for a number 16 I expect you to to bag it up for me and thank me with a smile. Get your people right!!

I got there at 10:30am when they open. Someone was as at the drive thru waiting to order. The doors were locked and employees ignored me. Someone came after I knocked and said they don’t open till 11 because they were running behind. I’ll never come back here again.
Parking: Lots of room. Service was great and so was both of our meals.

Ordered from the Burleson Location's Parking Lot (Run! Do not order from here...) after waiting 45 minutes for them to say that they were out bread- and our order was ready to go. Employees had a smiles on their faces and were pleasant to interact with! We have been to this location a few times with zero issues. Will be making this location our new go-to Jimmy John's!
