Haven’t had an issue ever - my kids and I love to eat here often. My boyfriend and I went today and my goodness, the audacity was wild. We had asked for a sandwich, plain and dry - meant and cheese only. While it was asked to be toasted, and understood that sauce is recommended we still didn’t want any sauce. The gentleman making it seemed to have an issue with this. Asking several times regarding a sauce, rexplaining why, and then telling us to enjoy the crouton of a sandwich. Debating on returning to the location, pending “mansplaining” coming with each order.

Tried to order a slim sandwich and they would not toast it. Not sure why Jimmy John’s won’t toast slim sandwiches. They have the oven and it doesn’t take any extra work or supplies to do it. 👎

Really disappointed in this locations staff and their customer service. My sandwich was not toasted so I went back to ask if they could toast it and they said “no the toaster will suck up the veggies” I asked if they could just remake the sandwich then and the lady just walked away to leave for a to-go order and the man behind the counter making sandwiches looked down and avoided my question. I stood there for a minute or so without any further acknowledgement and walked out. As much as I am a fan of Jimmy John’s, this staff really turned me off on how they treat their paying customers.

Delivery driver left dog treats with my order because he heard my dog barking when he rang the doorbell! Exceptional customer service, thank you!!
The one complaint I have with JJ’s is their mayo and lettuce . Everything else is great . My wife and I ordered a #6 and #9. The 9 was not suppose to have mayo on it . I requested no oil and vinegar but mustard only the lettuce tomato and onion were fine. The mustard was scant but the unauthorized mayo was over abundant. I would have taken it back but I live in Denton. The service and atmosphere was great but the Mayo NO!

Your Delivery driver takes up spots near the front of neighboring stores and your employees choose to put nasty cards on cars the take up a spot that’s supposed to be designated for your store. If that’s the case tell your driver not to use front spots.
