Joe's Crab Shack

We were pleasantly surprised at how good our food was. It was a lady minute change of plans on Valentine's Day and we have no complaints at all. I ordered the broiled seafood plate and my husband had the surf and land, both were delicious! Our server was the sweetest we will definitely be back!

Server was friendly. Although it was not busy at all…the service was slow and we had to ask someone several times for refills which is fine. Tables that arrived after us go their food before us. That was the least of our issues though unfortunately. We had 3 people order (2)snow crab and (1) Dungeness crab…they brought our food without the tool (cracker) to eat it with. 3 different people included the manager that we let know told us they don’t have many so they have to track it down. So our food sat until they could find them. 1 persons food wasn’t cooked fully and another had steak but it was cold by the time they brought it out. I don’t like to sound negative but this was just not a good experience at all, won’t be back and don’t recommend.

One of my favorite restaurants. Cheyann was wonderful.! Quick and fast while helping others out, especially on a cold slow day, she made sure our drinks were filled and we had everything we needed.

We love Joe's! We drive about 30 miles to get to Joe's instead of a few other crab boils along the way. Staff is always great. They have a playground for the kids, live bands on the weekends, and just a fun place to be. Seafood can get expensive so I want to get my money's worth when we go and Joe's is always exceeding my expectations!

Food was bad and a bad portion for the price. They couldn’t even get my beer right, it was flat like it was left out in the sun then refrigerated for 15min before they handed it to me.

Mark is the best and took very good care of us!

This is not like the Joe's Crab Shack we had in Arlington! This location has horrible food! Mashed potatoes were gooey, the shrimp had no flavor, my grilled shrimp were not even grilled they didn't have one grill mark on them more like sautéed, I had five small pieces of broccoli.. had to take my shrimp home and add some old bay and a lil garlic powder so it could taste better! Menu is overpriced and the food is horrible!

I had the pleasure of interacting with a young lady named Dipika, she took awesome care of me and checked back regularly to make sure everything was OK.
