Wings are top tier but pizza is mid. Everything is overly greasy.

New owner, New food.
Used to be my favorite, turned to overpriced bland mess.

This establishment failed to meet expectations, with shortcomings evident in both the pizza and dining area cleanliness. Locating a table devoid of litter and sticky substances presented considerable difficulties. Comparatively, Walmart's Tombstone pizza brand demonstrates superior quality. The price point of two large personal pizzas, nearing $40, did not align with the value received, leaving me hungry upon departure and requiring subsequent meal preparation at home. Based on my experience, I will not revisit, and concerns regarding the establishment's viability were raised by its interior state.

I pulled up with my girl and our 4 kids 30 minutes before closing. We didn't want to make them clean the restaurant again being how nobody was inside before closing. They told us to come in and wouldn't let us leave. We not only had the friendliest experience and customer service but the chicken parmesan sandwich and pizza was amazing. Best pizza in Fort Worth and seriously the most amazing parmesan sandwich I've ever had. Thank you Jonnys Pizza for excellent service and food.

I ordered a few weeks ago, I'm ordered Carbonara Pomodoro, which had no taste. Ordered the Zeppo or no taste and only barely a drizzle of chocolate on them. nd pepperoni rolls which were good but so greasy. Seems like they just threw my food together

Stood at the counter for quite a while with no line but took a long time for someone to come help. Silverware was dirty. Ordered a slice of pizza. Type of pizza wasn't made at that time so they took a cheese slice and added some things and microwaved it but didn't even heat it up all the way and veggies on top were not cooked...they were just a handful of raw veggies on top...raw...uncooked. Several sodas were out of order on the soda machine. The help wasn't very friendly and overall, was not an enjoyable experience.

This used to be my favorite restaurant in the area, I’m not sure what went wrong. The owners used to be in there cooking all the time, it was amazing. I went in today to get lunch after not having been there for about 4 months, spent $30 on food, just to throw it all in the garbage. The Alfredo sauce went from thick , creamy amazing sauce, to this white tinted thin as water concoction. Absolutely disgusting. My garlic bread, literally wasn’t crispy at all, in even one spot, nor was there any garlic you could taste. It looked like it was popped in a microwave just long enough to melt the cheese. I couldn’t even eat the food, I literally threw it all away. I’m really sad about this place going so far downhill, it used to be one of the only places I could find the kind of Italian food I grew up with up north, I have no idea what this is supposed to be now. I called and they offered for me to bring it back and get a new one, but I’m not even going to bother- I’ll pass on getting more Alfredo water and weird bread. Just a heads up, if you’ve gotten used to how their food used to be, you may want to take a look at your food before leaving, or you’ll likely end up throwing $30 in the garbage like I did today.

I have been going for years but went to pick up my order and they made the wrong pizza even after I confirmed it multiple times on the phone. Once I pointed it out the ladies just sat there and pretty much laughed on my face like oh well. Definitely disapppinted in the service.

8/02/24 - Rating drops to 1 Star… disappointed. They no longer make great pizza. See images.
Sadly - I am withdrawing my endorsement.

Eating pizza from here every other week for past several years. But past few times - burnt cheese, burnt crust, no sauce.
Manager made redo pizzas - sadly they came out the same - sauceless and burnt.
While i waited for my burnt redos, saw manager entertaining at the bar instead of making sure my pies were done right.
This place clearly has lost its passion.

3/17/23 - originally 5 Stars - Jonny’s is still consistently solid and tasty pizza. Just got back from Long Island and this place was my go to to refresh my memory. Great job Jonny’s! Keep it up!

(4 months after opening)
Hot fresh NY style pizza.
Ordered a couple of times now - each time is on-point damn great pizza!
Crust is crunchy with a perfect chew.
Tasty sauce and good sauce to slice ratio.

This was our first time trying Jonny’s. We tried to order the family bundle for $50 which we saw on a sign next to the register but were told that special was no longer available. So then we tried ordering a large pizza with two toppings, 10 wings, and 1 soda but the total was over 60 dollars which we thought was outrageously priced. We finally decided to order 1 large cheese pizza, wings and 1 drink and that brought down the total by almost 20 bucks. Unfortunately when we finally got our order, the pizza crust was undercooked. I feel like they could be a lot better if they put more effort into their customer service and quality of food.

Absolute WORST customer service I have ever received in my life they need to train there staff on etiquette and how to properly talk to customers, staff was talking to me like I worked for them, very dismissive and rude and to top it off we waited for 45min to get our pizzas and we were the only customers there just for the pizza to come out soggy and floppy. Pizza was overpriced and tasteless.
